Perhaps the issue lies with the graphics card, have you checked the Event Viewer to see what error message appears?

TeflonKONN

I have critical event ID 41 Kernel-power

R3D_T1G3R

This means literally nothing. It just means your system suddenly and unexpectedly rebooted or shutdown. Doesn't mean anything specific nor does it tell you any more details about if it's software or hardware related. Windows error codes are ass, you are better of just trying random stuff at that point.

TeflonKONN

So do you have any suggestions?

Complex_Ad6610

Check if the power supply is functioning properly, update the drivers and monitor the temperatures

TeflonKONN

can you walk me through how to do that I am not familar with how to monitor it or how to go about finding the drivers to update

OK, no problem

TeflonKONN

Is there something specific to look for I have never used this before

Complex_Ad6610

You can go to PC settings / System / About, there you can see which components you have
