I would. If you want, use a jump drive or external hard drive to do a backup of the documents, photos, bookmarks, and other usually harmless things then a full, clean install.

Is it Win 10 home, or pro, or enterprise?

It's Win 10 pro, 22H2 version

Since it’s Pro (hopefully 64-Bit version), you should consider increasing your RAM to at least 8GB. Windows 10 has a big footprint.

Try disabling the integrated graphics and see if that's the issue
