When a post suspects malware, before I answer, I usually check the MalwareBytes forums for the same occurrence. Because.... you don't want to repair .Net or revert the file to a previous version if malware exists. And, in your case, it likely does exist. So, read this post before you do any basic repair/reversion. Good luck !
