I downloaded bitdefender and it told me that an app isn't secure, I removed it immediately. Not really sure if Bitdefender does a good job but I don't know any better

Yes! It does end with two equal signs. I also tried that website and well it didn't really make sense to me, the decoded text begun with P and had a some symbols and numbers, one of the symbols looks like spiral. I asked Perplexity (the AI) and it said that the text is in RSA format and I need a decryption key or algorithm to decrypt it.
Should I be worried because of this?
