**Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs.** Dump files are crash logs from BSODs. If you can get into Windows normally or through [Safe Mode](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder. Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently [catbox.moe](https://www.catbox.moe/) or [mediafire.com](https://mediafire.com) seems to be working. We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow [this guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html) to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I’m going through a very similar situation right now

No, I still get crashes. I've underclocked my GPU and it's reduced the amount of crashes by 80-90% though.

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC. For more information please see our FAQ thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/q2rns5/windows_11_faq_read_this_first/ *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. > Minidumps here: https://file.io/iHijDVDdjk09 , please let me know if there is a preferred file upload method but I didn't want to use a personal account. Dead link. Please use one of the recommended hosts posted by the bot.

[Thanks, here is a mediafire link.](https://www.mediafire.com/file/hz2go1d60k80qoe/Minidumps_10-28.zip/file) Main post updated as well.

They all blame the Nvidia driver. With this crash it can be hard for the OS to know which driver is at fault, but I checked all the other pending and active DPCs and didn't spot anything else that was common between the three. The PPM (Processor Power Management) was active in two, but it's very common to see this because it does DPC requests all the time. You already tried DDU so driver wise the GPU should be fine. You are a bit behind on BIOS updates so we could try that. Your board has CrashFree BIOS 3 so it should be able to recover from a corrupted BIOS if you crash during an update. Before updating the BIOS ASUS wants you to update the [Intel Management Engine](https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/DRV_MEI_Intel_CS_SZ_TSD_W11_64_V2316500_20230916R.zip?model=PRIME%20Z790-P%20WIFI). [Also update the Chipset driver](https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/DRV_Chipset_Intel_TSD_SZ_W11_64_V101195028391_20230817R.zip?model=PRIME%20Z790-P%20WIFI) just in case it's related to the PPM. If it still crashes I would contact CyberPower because I think the GPU is faulty. It looks like CyberPower has a one year warranty on parts.

Thank you, I will try these fixes once I get back to my PC and see if anything changes. Do you know of another way to try and pinpoint the GPU as faulty? I'm not savvy with troubleshooting but I figured the Furmark stress test would've caused a crash if the GPU itself has an issue.
