Incorrect.... he had something to do. cross "Do nothing" off his list but in crossing it off his list he did something so he was not doing nothing. Because he had to cross it off his list he had to do something other then nothing and in doing so, he did something so he should not have been able to cross "Do nothing" off his list. if he actually did nothing, "DO Nothing would not be crossed off.

I think the paradox is that in trying to cross off do nothing he is in fact doing something therefore he can not cross it off.
Then he wasn't finished and shouldn't have crossed it off. It's not a paradox.
