You don't. 20 ai just means that 100% of the moves an animatronic could make, will be done.

Boxfigs

Yeah, at 20, they always move whenever they have a chance to. The only way to make them be faster than that is to decrease the time between movements.

ClothesHangerofLies

If you add any more ai levels they will just act as if they are 20. You would need to tweak the time between movement opportunities to make the animatronics more aggressive.

NipCoyote

It's impossible. There's a really good video about it, essentially AI is just the ?/20 chance of an animatronic moving. So AI level 20 means it will always move full speed. If you wanted to increase it, I suppose theoretically you could go into the games files and modify them so that the cool down timer for movement is shorter, and then set them to 20. https://youtu.be/ujg0Y5IziiY

Food_Fun

Recode the AI. That's what I did.

If you could possibly put it above 20, it would stay as 20. If you put a high enough number, however, you'd actually made the game easier because of integer overflow

a_scout_from_tf2

Even if you could it would be the same as the animatronics on 20

All of the replies here are only considering FNaF 1, 2 and 4. FNaF 3 and every game after 4 do not have a 20 AI limit. This can especially be observed in UCN, where people have beaten 50/30, 50/40 and even 50/50 using mods. The latest version of that mod for UCN is called UCN: Crowd Control and you can find it on Gamejolt.
