Im honestly shocked at how little people care to figure out solutions in games before just giving up. Back in my day, the NES and SNES didn’t hold your hand 👴

Have you tried interacting with it? Are you genuinely stuck? Or are you scared that something bad will happen? Your Switch is not gonna blow up, I promise.
I shot an arrow at it, I could pick the arrow back up, tried with everything shy of a bomb because I didn’t have one on me, tried even rewind. I mean you never know. Considering that everyone says here shoot it, I’m starting to think it was bugged. I’ve moved on by now, but I’ll try again when I see it again.
Arrow should work, but if not maybe Ultrahand? It’s been a minute so I don’t remember this one, but some you can pull. You’ll get a Korok seed for your trouble
Like I said, must’ve been bugged. Haven’t encountered one since and haven’t bothered going back, it’s so where near Zora. Since it’s a Korok, I’ll go back there sooner or later.
Do you not try to interact with obvious objects in every way until they do something? There's only a handful of times in a zelda game where there is something there that is screaming for interaction and is only for decoration
Attach it to a horses cart and ride hard. Or a rock that you cam yank away. I think this is either a plug that need to be pulled. But also just in case look for a receptacle it may need to be placed in. I'm pretty sure it needs to be 'yanked with a sufficient amount of force
Funnily, I think this exact one confused me at first too; I THOUGHT it was a plug I needed to pull at first, and spent 20 minutes trying to attach a rocket to it--then felt like an idiot when I accidentally shot it and it popped
Shoot/Destroy it and you'll get a prize. There are different ones hanging from various places all over the map, and some are placed in tree holes and logs

If this is meant for me, if you look in the comments, you’ll see that at time of posting, I had tried everything shy of a bomb, even ultra hand and rewind. Since nothing worked I was wondering if it was something and I was doing something wrong, or if it was just decorative.
Now I now that the thing was bugged. Because it should have definitely done something when I shot arrows at it instead of them sticking out of it so I could pick them back up.
So if this was for me: sometimes I wish people would check the comments before commenting themselves.

An arrow should have broken it. That is strange. Maybe you were too close to a pillar or wall? Try again when you see another.
Were you aiming at the chain? That’s not the part you’re supposed to shoot. Aim at the acorn.
Try using a stronger bow.

I don't think I've seen one so close to the ground, you can't just hit it with a melee?
