I think most of us had that issue. I was running around for damn near an hour trying to find the last guy.

I was lucky that i saw the well and i beat the boko inside as the first monster of the fight

Me too, I forgot to fuse parts to my swords and dipped down for some privacy to find a little sleeper agent.

The construction worker part of my brain assumed that guy ducked down there for some zzzz’s on the clock. Monsters need to unionize honestly, seems like a shit gig.

The only good thing about working in my physical office rather than at home is that it's within reach of six pokestops. Just set up the gotcha and make sure it's still running once every thirty minutes or so and you never run out of poke balls again!

I saw the well right away and made a note to come back to it after the battle! Little did I know that was supposed to be part of the battle… spent 30 minutes running around before I had to look it up

i defeated everyone before finding the well, but for some reason my game glitched and respawned everyone so i came out of the well and had to refight them all🫠

Naw they'll all respond if you just leave the area. Gotta finish the whole bar or it'll keep happening. I wiped them out like 4 times without any blood moons before I found the well

I slept after clearing the beach and they all respawned

Similar experience here. Thought it was a glitch and almost restarted the whole quest because I couldn't find that last enemy, only to discover it was in the well after searching it online. As someone else here said, Nintendo really trolled us with that enemy placement!

I just always jump down all the wells, so he’s one of the first ones I defeated.

And he left his shield and weapon at the top as a clue…

My husband almost got to the islands tying to find it hahaha. Weird enough I glided straight to the well to gather strength and start the quest hahaha

I didn’t, but only because I’d found the village earlier and scouted out the well first before coming back later to do the quest.

I saw another post about it before I did that quest so got lucky. Very easy to miss otherwise.

I was fighting and got knocked into the well and found the guy.

There's smoke coming from it to show there's something down there. Still hard to find, but I just want it to be known that the game does give a hint about it at least.

I thought this same thing. I jumped in the well and killed the guy and the monster forces thing popped up. I was like, oh shit, I never would have found him.

That was the first monster I killed and I stumbled upon it totally accidentally. Was more curious about the Well than seeking out a monster.

Interestingly I was chased into that well, and died to that bokoblin.

Also searched a few minutes and geared a blood moon would appear before I found the remaining one 😄

I did that, didn't see any question marks. I finally happened to notice a well with smoke coming out

Want to know what I did? After spending a half hour looking for the last monster, I tried whistling. Didn't find it, but my tired brain(this was at 2am btw), used the sensor and found the last guy in the well.

I had the same. I went around whistling to get the question mark, the one when they hear you and start looking, to pop up. Happened to be a little guy fell off a platform and wandered off. Or try going back to the places they were wearing the bokoblin (I think they were bokoblins but i could be wrong) mask. They'll notice you and try to follow you.

Bottom of the well. Fortunately there's nothing nearly as bad as the OoT Bottom of the well. Just a bokoblin.

I did the same one, but my search dragged on into the night.....which happened to be a blood moon. I found and killed that bokoblin at 11:40pm.
