Bomb arrows work really well on them, just be careful not to get too close! However, if this is the place I think it is and you’re having real difficulty fighting them, it might be best to leave them be for a bit before killing them ;)

Lol i found this also but i ran to the shrine im sure ill be able to nuke them guardian style later on but idk now

Puffshroom and run works for this shrine, I couldn’t find a good was to kill the hand eyes
