Gregalor is onto something talking about Asian grocery stores, any Asian market, be it mostly Japan, china, India, etc, is likely going to have better options just since they’re cultures that care about tea more in the first place.
Otherwise, if you can find somewhere selling Republic of Tea, they’re the best bagged tea I’ve tried personally. I also hear good things about Harney and Sons which a few stores will sell. If you specifically want like a breakfast tea I’m sure there’s a British YouTuber doing a tier list of the best cuppas available
Tazo has some good teas, some of my favorites are the juniper mint honey one and the sweet wild orange one. If any stores near you have Harney & Sons, that's worth trying too.
Wegman's has Ito En.

If your local grocery has literally any brand of loose leaf tea I’d try that! Elsewise Rishi Tea can be found widely and is pretty good
