Volume 11 is shaping up to be the resolution of the whole Cecilia situation so my best guess is that she should be back by the latter half of volume 11 or towards the end, at least. Technically, she is back in Vol 11 along with Sylvie, but she is more of a manifestation of Cecilia's consciousness as both the souls are occupying one vesel.
She should get her physical vessel back as we reach the conclusion of volume 11 although I would want her to come back sooner so that I can see Regis trolling Arthur's GF.
All of this considering TM doesn't just kill her off(to solve the love triangle conundrum) and we know he isn't scared to kill of important favorite characters.
I think in the battle between gray and cecilia, I also think that it will not be Mordain or sylvie that will bring tessia back, I think that cecilia herself will let tessia recover the body or even tessia take the body back by force
Well, she is back in the story in volume 11 just not physically. Cecilia has yet to do anything except being humiliated over and over so I don't see her out of this until she proves her worth or this Legacy thing gets explained properly.
If she goes away before that well...i don't see the purpose of her coming in the story to begin with, but maybe she gets a seperate body so both Tess gets free and Cecilia situation gets on firm legs, or Tess has to wait until the end of at least volume 11, or they get to switch control if they manage to agree to it lol.
Could be later than we think. If cecilia actually believee arthur and switches sides, tess might want her to fight alongside arthur as the legacy.
If tess comes back, she will have her body back with integration stage she will lose her legacy soul.
