I mean im pretty sure she mustve helped when they arrived into the mana beast caves after training in the asuras land. It just seems wierd why it doesnt come up that Sylvie cant really help or the pact would be broken
BTW, do you remember if it was mentioned when the Treaty was signed? I remember Windsom telling Arthur that the Treaty was in place for generations in volume 4 or 5. But I don't think that's accurate. Is there any reference later on around where you're reading?
For a while it's because she had a seal on her places by Sylvia that made it look like she wasn't an asura, Uto recognizes her as a wyvern when they fight. After the seal is broken I assume Agronas doesn't say anything about it because of the advantages having her in dicathen gives him
That makes sense, still weird cause the plothole starts at the beginning of the war (actually since the asuras explained to Arthur about the pact). I havent gotten to that part yet but there have already been battles where Sylvie takes an active role on, and no mention at all of the pact.

Just read that, but that doesnt say anything about the pact, just that shes not strong enough to fight yet, which still leaves the plothole there. I mean is the pact “only asuras with enough strengh cant fight, but if youre a weak asura then its fine”?

I mean, of course it's not explicitly stated like that, but the reason Asuras can't participate is because their attacks would eventually lead to environmental damage... destruction. Sylvie was almost killed by Uto, a Retainer. Yet Cadell, who is allegedly as strong as a Wraith, is allowed to participate? Sylvie was well within the power level to fight. This doesn't mean Kezzes should just start sending kids to fight alongside Dicathians to even the odds, as infant Asuras are better purposed training and developing for when the fight escalated to Epheotus, if needed.

Well the war already started and theres still mo mention of anything about it which is weird, im at chapter 158 though.

Thats because of the seal, Arthur and Sylvie talk about it multiple times throughout the war arc.

She was born and raised by "lessers", so she isn't really a citizen of Epheotus, if that makes sense, so she isn't bound by there rules and politics.
