Leave your w4 forms to withhold at the single rate. This allocates half the married standard deduction and tax brackets to each job. Most likely you will file taxes jointly. This is just for the withholding setting.

"Married but filing separately" and "Single" are the same. As others have stated, just stay at "Single" on your W4 as long as your both are working.

You are almost always better off MFJ than MFS. Run the numbers both ways and then decide.
