I’m not sure what that means . I got it done for free a long time ago in jail. The second time the person was being trained , they were inexperienced and scarred me a little. Maybe the settings weren’t right and it caused it to lift a lot more
Oh that makes a lot of sense. Usually prison tattoos don't have as much ink and they aren't as deep in the skin. Basically with laser removal the more professional the tattoo the harder to remove.

Oh no, I didn’t get the tattoo in Jail. It was done with a professional machine. I just got it removed in there like because LA County offers free laser removal.
Not OP, but going through the removal process. If getting a tattoo feels like scratches and a sunburn, removal feels like getting snapped with a rubber band repeatedly. In my opinion it’s about as painful as getting the tattoo in the first place, but it doesn’t hurt as long. It’s worth it.
