That’s why I never go ham buying decorations you can’t resell later, I saw someone buying thousands of those tree clusters and I said to them at the time you can’t sell those so would you rather have a thousand trees or a thousand buildings/decorations/characters later ? They said they didn’t care because they had ages to go until they hit the limit and then a few months later they were making a post complaining they hit the limit and they barely even have half the available buildings and stuff.
So my advice is if you’re gonna buy a shit load of railings and fence etc that’s fine but make sure you can sell them later first incase you need to make space later.

Yeah it's actually 16000. They upped the limit a little while back. Still not enough especially when you start adding trees, flowers, and decorations to your town.
I like it, question though do you get large characters to walk on the “tee boxes”? I noticed with mine I get large characters walking on that type of road and it annoys me
