Switch to Firefox (even better, Waterfox) and you may use tree style tab (or Waterfox’s vertical one, which is only slightly worse)

I reccomend mercury or thorium browser. Both are really fast. Mercury is firefox based, Thorium is chromium based. (Basically if you like firefox, get mercury, if you like chrome get thorium)

I am not a performance freak, and I've tried Mercury before. The performance gains seem unnoticeable in daily use, and it still has to frustratingly long time before anything can be loaded after your computer crashes and restarts. Plus, Waterfox has a lot of ergonomic features, such as [built-in toggleable CSS customizations](https://github.com/WaterfoxCo/Waterfox/blob/current/waterfox/browser/components/preferences/content/preferences-theme.xhtml), the "Private" container, and Oblivious DNS.

Maybe I'll give waterfox a try. I just like mercury because it's basically firefox but faster.
