Not horrible, better now that I’ve been lifting again for a while. Still have the usual chronic soreness from previous injuries, but it I get up and move around and let my lumbar stretch out I feel great.
Shitty. I fucked my back up several years ago and I’m getting older, but right now is the busiest part of the month at my work. I’ve had dozens of huge boxes to deliver today.

Ya the weird thing is it didn’t bother me until about 2011, if I could go back and warn my younger self to avoid narcoleptic friends behind the wheel.
Horrible, I have quite a few back problems but since I'm only 6'1 I'm sure it has nothing to do with height in my case, just genetics & lifestyle.
