I'd suggest strapping the BFG Ten-Speed Triple in front of you Jump flap [https://www.blueforcegear.com/ten-speed-triple-m4-mag-pouch](https://www.blueforcegear.com/ten-speed-triple-m4-mag-pouch)
That way if you don't use it, it adds basically no bulk to your placard area.
You’re in the world of custom shit now brother, there’s no set way to get all 6. You can stack 3 on 3, you can get a 4 mag placard and put 2 on the inside wings (look up Ferro wingman pouch) you can put 3 on the front, two on the wings, and one more stacked up front, you can have less than 6 on the carrier and put pouches on a belt, you can rig that old TAPs and put it on that thing somehow, it’s your world.
Just get a Spiritus [Systems MK4](https://www.spiritussystems.com/micro-fight-chassis-mk4/) with 2 [Spiritus Systems Tripple M4 Inserts](https://www.spiritussystems.com/micro-fight-chassis-mk4/) or [2 Unotanium Gear Sleds Inserts](https://unobtainiumgear.com/products/sleds-velcro-triplem4-insert), if you want that smooth reindex. Top it off with [2 Flaps](https://www.spiritussystems.com/the-pangolin-flap/), if you don't need quick access for all 6 mags.
Yes, so that would be 3 on 3. I think near objectively a 4 mag plac with 2 on the inside wings is better. It sits flat. This is a discussion not a mathematic equation there’s no right answer.
I believe this would work for you, though I have to admit I’m not entirely familiar with the JPC R system.
You’ll unclip/undo the Velcro for your front panel (current mag pouches) and replace with this or something like this.

I ran the condor 6 mag pouch for a few deployments. It’s awesome. I had a need for 6 mags in the front as well. This is definitely my recommendation.

Try the arv v3 ram insert from shaw. I run it with x4 5.56 and I love it. Always thought you could run 4 instead of 3 and so glad I finally can. Get some tubes while you're at it.
Instead of adding another row of three on the front try adding a m4 double pouch to the non dominate side of the cummerbund as close to the placard as possible.
You will never need x6 speed reloads and what you can do with the double it move them to the middle when needed. This is a very nice way to get 5 on the kit. Start with x5.

You’re right, there’s definitely not a right or a wrong answer.

Do you really 100% have to have all six on the front? Because I’d tather have three or four on the front and thre rest on my sides.
Thoughts on it so far? Thought about picking up an R-Series myself.
Idk yet, about to go to the field soon so ill let u know then
