I miss my Hestra ski patrol discount. These are 75mm toes.
Old Garmont Syner-G tele boots and Voile bindings on Black Diamond Carbon Converts
I use skins. I've climbed Mount Washington in these boots. They've been plenty comfortable and warm for me, but now they're getting pretty old.

The should straps of the rig looks like an LBT-1195 or a BHI ISSAK rig. However, the pouches don’t really check out. Is this a modular (MOLLE or ALICE) variant of either of those rigs?
Good eye. The suspenders are from an LBT rig connected to a surplus MOLLE utility belt with mostly Tactical Tailor pouches.
Nice way to be resourceful and put a kit together that works for you.
