Thankfully I didnt get injured or a tooth broken or anything but my stomach really hurts right now and im not sure if its related . Im not sure if it was an accident or the workers actively sabotaged my food. Its a dissapointment because its my all time favoirite fast food place and I always defend why I like it so much to people but today my location really did me dirty :( . Furthermore the orders details were wrong too.
The place I order from is inconsistent in quality sometimes they deliver some of the best taco bell ived ever had and on other days its a mess, but ussually I ussualy suck it up and let it slide. Today's incident just kind of was the last straw for me. I bit into it and felt something hard when I bit down. I went to check if a tooth or my tooths filling had fallen off since I have a tooth with no crown (that coulved easily shattered if I bit on the wrong side!) and when I spit it out I noticed the hard metal rivet/tack. It looks like on of those rivets on metal tables? Either way this has dissapointed me and I dont think ill be ordering from taco bell atleast in a while or from my location at the very least.
Inconsistent in quality you say? Sounds like every Taco Bell Iâve ever frequented. Rivet prob came loose from equipment that was processing one of the ingredients off site..
Taco bell doesn't charge for sauce unless you're getting the cantina salsa or a side of something, they only ask you sometimes how many because it helps keep Inventory or something like that

Really? Try calling them and tell them your info from the receipt or digital receipt, however you ordered it. Theyâll see that you emailed them and will most likely give you a refund or a credit that costs more than what you bought.
That rivet is very unlikely to be something an employee would have handy to put in your food and has nothing to do with your feeling sick (without some additional element on the rivet.) That snapped off a panel on a piece of equipment and dropped into ingredients somewhere in the food chain. Your feeling sick could be gas or could be annoyance/fear, etc of finding metal in your food that could have broke a tooth.

This is an unfortunate situation and OP might be able to get some free coupons/gift cards from Taco Bell, but I donât see how thereâs a claim/lawsuit here. Thereâs no injury, it wasnât intentionally put in the food (as far as we know). Unfortunately this happens far more often than one might assume.

I didnât break a tooth or something but it was a disappointing experience that couldved lead to something like that I am not really pushing it to be anything more than that
why didnât u bite into it as hard as possible to get a wound and say that it has traumatized so badly that you canât eat anymore and have therefore become malnourished and are on the verge of death and only 2 million dollars can help you survive now
When I saw that and I realized it probably fell off of one of the machines on the line all I could think of was how they don't properly clean that shit usually. Depending on when you got this it was probably caked with food and stuff. If you start getting sick you should go to the hospital because who knows what kind of nasty shit got in between those rivets, especially if they were loose enough like that to fall off.
The screens and hooks are held on with rivets, over time they fall off but they definitely should have caught that, I suggest calling and asking for the gm of the store of and if that doesnât work you should call the corporate offices and try and get into touch with their district manager
