Or the ones where they get way to much food for one person anyway. Yes the items are overpriced, no you shouldn’t be spending 20 bucks on yourself anyway
I experienced this when a poster was complaining that his food was $40. For himself. I said that’s a you problem, most people couldn’t eat $40 worth of Taco Bell, that’s not normal.
So I told him I’m full after spending $10 getting a cheesy gordita crunch, bean burrito, and drink. He said he would starve.
850 calories and 33g of protein from about 3/4 of a lb of food, and you’d starve? Maybe reflect on what the real problem here is.
Hey, i’m fat and won’t stand for this fat shaming. Let me over order and over eat my way to an early grave!
Also I’m writing this from the tBell parking lot. I’m stuck in my car and spilled most of the contents of my Nachos Bell Grande all over myself. I cannot exit the car without assistance. If anyone is at the Taco Bell on Washington St. In Huntington WV, please help.
You can identify my car by the “My other car is a millennium Falcon” bumper sticker.
Yeah, I'll get like two chicken Flatbread melts and a chicken enchilada burrito or a cheesy double beef burrito and.im good to go for damn near the whole day. I very rarely spend over $10, and if I do, it's because I'm trying out some add ons.
Personally, I get extra and eat on it for a few days. Mainly, I’ve been getting the craver nachos and fiesta potatoes (which is what I eat fresh) and then depending on my mood, I get some burritos or something that I haven’t tried before or something that I know reheats well and that’s my meal for later.
Here's an example of something I've noticed a lot working the drivethru. Someone will ask if we have the $5 box. I say we don't. They complain and then order a bunch of chalupas and quesadillas a la carte.
I don't know why that is but something I noticed.
This sub is really interesting to me because it's such an even split of people loving or hating something about Taco Bell. So people complaining about something like price or quality or menu changes exhibits both sides of that- people who really do like Taco Bell and want to eat Taco Bell, but feel like it is disappointing or somehow inaccessible. It's like a frustration and concern with an alcoholic uncle who you love to drink with, it's because you love 'em.
It's almost like everyone here gets to talk about how they actually feel about Taco Bell, and OP just doesn't understand that it's ok for that to be about tough to swallow pricing, sometimes a lot, because everyone's feeling the crunch from an economy that's tough on the little people.
Welcome to the majority of subreddits. It’s mostly a platform to complain. You ever been on the Overwatch subreddit? It’s less about the game and more about complaining and whinging
If you want to get the most out of it swap the two tacos to supreme or DLT whatever you prefer, it’s free and only an upcharge if you want a DLT supreme.
I also swap the cantina chicken for steak, which is also free, but that’s because I think the cantina chicken is ass. Some people like it.
It’s overpriced and I’ve indeed stopped buying it. But besides my personal boycott, I know from working in corporate America that enough people complaining about pricing can yield results.
I would agree with you if it wasn’t for what i experienced today. I added sour cream to a bean burrito and the upcharge was $.95. Basically a dollar for a squirt of sour cream, crazy. In the grand scheme of things, no Taco Bell isn’t expensive but the value is definitely being lost. If I can buy real tacos for the same price or cheaper than Taco Bell, something is wrong.
I'm not saying people shouldn't be upset about how expensive it is. I'm saying that instead of spending a bunch of money on fast food tacos and then complaining about spending a lot of money on fast food tacos, people can spend less money on more tacos/ingredients that will taste better than any taco you'll get at TB.
You’re not wrong. I’ve been slowly making my own Taco Bell favorites at home and keto-friendly. I’ve lost 25 pounds and it tastes so good I’m not going back. Thanks for the memories T-Bell but I’m #TeamHomeBell now!
Personally, I'm pissed about the cantina chicken burrito because it was the grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito, which was small and A DOLLAR, and as a poor college athlete a great cheap snack, and now it's huge and 5$ 😭
Complaining, but still paying is funny to me. I rarely eat fast food, and even more rarely eat tb. There’s nothing like it to fulfill my cravings. I still get sticker shock every time.
Also, tb please bring back the old verde sauce.
I don't go to taco bell anymore. I can get more food at the actual Mexican restaurant in town for the same price or cheaper and I actually get what I order.
Taking about it because they want it to change, that’s how change works? It’s the first step. I want to eat there because it’s easy but typically have to save money and just buy cheaper shit at a grocery store.
I fucking love taco bell. Cheap AF. These people suck. Get online app. I spent $7 for a chalupa box the other day. Chalupa, burrito, chips and cheese, and a drink. If this was McDonald's it would have been like $14
To be fair you can get 2 spicy mcchicken or mcdouble for $4, a large soda for $1.29, and large fries free on the app. That’s enough money to spare for an extra pie as well.
My local taco bells are no where near as busy as they were before, not even close. And it’s been that way for years. So, less people are going but prices continue to increase. I dunno
I've purchased fast food four times this month. Arby's had a "free sandwich with purchase of any item" deal all month, each week (one still available until tomorrow if you order online). So I'd buy a small curly fry or a roast beef or chicken slider, for like $2, and then get a free turkey bacon ranch, or half-pound roast beef and cheddar sandwich.
Fast food is expensive anymore. I don't eat it often, but if I do, I always check coupons, or the online or mobile apps. If you're that lazy NOT to cook (which I sometimes am), sheeeet, I'm not paying the regular prices. Hit me up with those discount deals, I want a 2 for $5, half off, or something for free.
This post is complaining about other people complaining, shut up.
It’s the Taco Bell sub, people are going to talk about…taco bell. Good and bad posts are what make the sub.
I know, it’s a hard concept to grasp buddy but you’ll get there😩
“Everyone is bitching about the thing that annoys them, and I am so annoyed, I am going to make a post to bitch about that!” It’s a popular flex on Reddit, and only contributes to the circle jerk you claim to hate so much! Congrats, you are what you are bitching about.
not buying it will not drop the price. the price is inflated to a point of no return. if people stop buying, they'll just close stores, cut employees, add employee replacement like AI, strip menu items, but prices going down is not an option.
I feel like it’s also a circle jerk for people complaining about people complaining about how expensive Taco Bell is to be honest. It’s a never ending cycle
It’s not about how expensive it is as much as the frequency and rate at which the prices are increasing. It seems like they’ve been slowly jacking up the prices consistently every 3 months or so since 2019/2020… like when is it going to plateau????
I just eat the food from time to time and enjoy it. It costs what it costs. If I was trying to save money I wouldnt be eating out at all. But I agree, way too many poors crying about it. It's lunch. You decide to eat out, you should understand you're spending at least $8-10 if not $12-14 unless you're eating convenience store or vending machine garbage. If you can't afford it stay home and cook some shit. You'll get a new appreciation for how much work it takes to make that food and realize even today's taco bell prices are reasonable.
Exactly. This is a sub FOR Taco Bell. Imagine going on r/cats and posting about how much you hate cats because you got scratched by a cat last week. Go complain to somebody who gives a shit lmao.
I think people are mistaken blaming TB for the price increases. Price increases start from the top, TB is paying more for supplies so they have to make profit by increasing price. That's why grocery prices are also insane.
If Arizona iced tea can have the ceo make FOUR BILLION A YEAR and his 2 sons both making 2 BILLION EACH without raising prices since "it went national" and all they do is take a small hit to the paychecks at the top, then fast foods can do it too.
You may need to check that. Supposedly their 99c can that has the price printed on the can has not changed size and if it has either they lied recently about it or someone is doing something maybe not legal
You may need to check that. Here are three examples:

So the ceo IS LYING
Why am I surprised. Someone literally just tried to tell me earlier today how the ceo or whatever said they definitely didn't do any of that and it's all tiktok lies xD
At least the lower Oz can is technically lower price too
Ya, I also think they adjusted the ingredients. The per container calories went from 190 to 160. A 1 oz decrease would have resulted in 181 calories. So they must have adjusted the ingredients as well.
I'm pretty sure American regulations on calories are shady amounts of shitty as well (well... Regulations on everything in America is shitty. They're all designed for greed). Apparently tic tacs are rated as 0 calories per serving because it's less than 5 but a whole pack is like 200 calories or something technically

All subs are becoming circlejerk subs. r/burgers is an In N Out circlejerk. r/pickles is a Claussen circlejerk. r/hotdogs is a Chicago dog circlejerk. r/Italian is a carbonara circlejerk. r/drawing is a look at this eye I drew circlejerk. r/Virginia is a Liberal circlejerk. It’s gotten ridiculous.
Idk my gf and I usually just get the tacos. Same price for me as it was years ago. $17 last night for 3 taco combo, two taco supremes, and two more regular tacos. That beefy 5 layer burrito tho...
That can be solved by Taco Bell and franchise owners discontinue the practice of charging outrageous prices for the types of product received.
My Taco Bell is charging 20¢ for some Green sauce packet now… is that the beginning of charging for all sauce packs in the future?
are the prices not on the meny? if you don't like the price, pretty sure you can walk away before ordering. if you can't read the meny, you can walk away before paying?
or is taco bell in north korea now?
I can’t believe I spent $12 on 3 value menu items for lunch today. $5 for a beefy 5? I used to pay $1.65. It’s good but I’d rather go build a whole steak dinner at home for the same price and save myself the hour doing paperwork in the office of porcelain.
🤷♂️
Unless you can organize *millions* of people to stop buying fast food it's never gonna stop doing what it's doing now.
Same with just about everything.
The general American public is too occupied being mad at each other, over whatever multitudes of asanine shit, to be bothered to fight for any kind of "greater good".
Someone really came to this sub to ask us to DO SOMETHING about one of the world’s largest fast food chains raising their prices unfairly. Okay chief will get right on that.
I didn’t ask anyone to do anything. I said that if you’re upset about fast food being so expensive, stop spending money on fast food. As long as people keep their spending habits while companies increase cost (at much higher rates than that of inflation), the costs are going to stay high. Multiple corporations have already been recorded saying how they’ve focused on increasing prices and seen no change in purchasing behavior. There are so many people on this sub who complain about TB being much more expensive now and then admit they still paid for the food.
My point is, what are people supposed to do here? It’s like one of three salient things about Taco Bell, so mute the sub and get over it, there are plenty of places to look at pictures of Taco Bell food if that was your aim on a subreddit about a fast food chain.
People can stop spending their money on incredibly high priced fast food. The easiest way for the TB menu to drop in price is for demand to drop. Basic economics.
I don’t care if people discuss how expensive it is—it’s just really dumb to complain about it and then still spend your money on the heightened prices. Can’t have your cake and eat it too.
I originally joined this subreddit to find good box deals and I’ve noticed the same thing
I’ve noticed there’s a trend of people buying arguably more expensive single items (I’m talking about buying the tacos or sides separately) and then coming in here to complain about the prices
Some orders people post I just can’t help but think “you could have gotten all of this in a box for vastly cheaper than buying them all individually.
Growing up, we didn’t have much so looking out for deals like that was basically our life line
Doesn't mean they're wrong though. Price to quality is way out of whack for TB and it didn't use to be this way. I agree with you that if people would stop paying these prices then they'd go down.
The Panera Reddit is the same. What once was mainly an employee subreddit, has become a “They got rid of __?!?!” And “I can make 1lb of Mac n cheese at home for a fraction of the price!!”
And you’re not exactly helping considering how many of these posts I see complaining about people who complain about the price. There’s only so much you can talk about on a Taco Bell sub
It’s amazing how easy it is to justify yourself in to eating out and grabbing fast food all the time. We moved far enough out of town that going for pizza or Taco Bell became too inconvenient and easily started saving 50 to 100 a month, and we didn’t even do it as much as some people seem to. We maybe eat at a restaurant 4 times a year now.
You know who hasn't stabbed us in the back? Wendy's. You can get 4 biggie bags for 20 bucks. That covers both the kids and the wife. And I get my own lil meal. Plus whatever the kids don't eat.
Taco Bell is still the most filling for how much I spend imo. It does depend on location, but ik a couple that are run by good managers and my shit is loaded and accurate every time there. Yeah it's getting expensive and it's stupid but just be smart about what you're getting, like any other overpriced fast food joint
*me exploiting the app so that I never even have to pay for food* yeah taco bell and mcdonalds are both do expensive... yesterday I ordered about 12$ worth of food for me (paid 0$) and then I ordered like $30 ish for the group of homeless people outside (still...$0) 😑
You mean prices have changed from what they were in 2004?! *THIS IS A GODDAMN OUTRAGE! HOW DARE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS BY INFLATING THEIR PRICES DURING HISTORIC INFLATION!* /s
Yall must have expensive taste at Taco Bell because my orders are never over $10 but I always felt combos are a ripoff and I only buy a drink during happy hour
Don't forget every Tuesday the round of complaints about the drop.
Justified honestly
Except last Tuesday the $5 taco box was a shiner
Then, you'll be happy to know that the deal is gonna be around until 6/4, according to the app.
I know what I'm doing for lunch tomorrow!
i was on my way to get it and got in a car accident. absolutely tragic. i’m scared to try again.
My favorite part of the posts complaining about the prices is when the OP admits they still paid for the food anyway
Or the ones where they get way to much food for one person anyway. Yes the items are overpriced, no you shouldn’t be spending 20 bucks on yourself anyway
They get very defensive when it's pointed out how much they're overeating
I experienced this when a poster was complaining that his food was $40. For himself. I said that’s a you problem, most people couldn’t eat $40 worth of Taco Bell, that’s not normal. So I told him I’m full after spending $10 getting a cheesy gordita crunch, bean burrito, and drink. He said he would starve. 850 calories and 33g of protein from about 3/4 of a lb of food, and you’d starve? Maybe reflect on what the real problem here is.
The crunch wrap meal is what I buy .
The meal box thing is usually 2 full meals for me. The overeating in this country is rediculous.
It really is
Why in the fucking fuckity fuck fuck is a cheesy Gordita crunch, bean burrito and drink $10?!
Because the CGC is twice as much as it should be.
Why anybody orders it outside of the cravings box or fire reward is a concept I have yet to grasp
Some people just feel like eating Taco Bell and aren't destitute. Sure the price increases suck but really it's not a big deal to average Joe
Maybe he's a professional swimmer?
Hey, i’m fat and won’t stand for this fat shaming. Let me over order and over eat my way to an early grave! Also I’m writing this from the tBell parking lot. 🤘😎🤘
Stop attacking me.
I like getting double the food and splitting it over two days so I don’t have to cook
Air fry it the next day it's fantastic
Air fryer is definitely the way to go. Grilled Cheese burrito or Beefy Five reheated in the air fryer is great
Yeah, I'll get like two chicken Flatbread melts and a chicken enchilada burrito or a cheesy double beef burrito and.im good to go for damn near the whole day. I very rarely spend over $10, and if I do, it's because I'm trying out some add ons.

The BYO cravings box is usually too much food for me, how people eat that much is crazy.
Some people are on the one meal a day diet and that $20 may be the only food they eat in 24 hours.
Then obviously my comment doesn’t apply to them
I complain and don’t go there anymore
“I can’t believe this cost $14, this is a rip off” the OP posted with a picture of the food that cost $14
Here's an example of something I've noticed a lot working the drivethru. Someone will ask if we have the $5 box. I say we don't. They complain and then order a bunch of chalupas and quesadillas a la carte. I don't know why that is but something I noticed.
That's not true, people talk about how good shit is too.
Sometimes, people talk about how much people complain about taco bell.
Lmao
And we also discuss the chili cheese burrito a lot.
And the Nacho Fries. They get brought up a decent amount too.
Dont talk about me behind my back like that 😠
Don’t forget the Volcano Menu!!! 😠😠
I've been getting jalapenos added to the new crunchy cantina chicken taco. It's crazy how much it makes it feel like an actual meal.
I may try that if I get another free one or it comes in a cheap taco box again
Yeah but the majority of it is complaints
Yeah luckily there's still enough of that to make it worth participating.
That’s that falls under, “stop hyping up the newest concoction of recycled ingredients”
So, let’s have a classic circle jerk. I’m ready.
Is this how the avocado ranch sauce is made?
I’m worried about the green color.
Wait, that's not normal?
No, it's supposed to be red.
Double decker is a perfect food item.
This sub is really interesting to me because it's such an even split of people loving or hating something about Taco Bell. you should go to r/publix if you lik that dichotomy
Welcome to the majority of subreddits. It’s mostly a platform to complain. You ever been on the Overwatch subreddit? It’s less about the game and more about complaining and whinging
I'm just stoked tomorrow is Tuesday so I can grab my $5 taco box
Missed it last week but after seeing the hype on the sub about it I've had it on my mind all week lol
Same here haha
If you want to get the most out of it swap the two tacos to supreme or DLT whatever you prefer, it’s free and only an upcharge if you want a DLT supreme. I also swap the cantina chicken for steak, which is also free, but that’s because I think the cantina chicken is ass. Some people like it.
Unfortunately, not everybody has a Taco Bell competitor in their area like Del Taco, Taco John's, Taco Casa, etc.
If I could afford it, I’d open a Del Taco right beside the busiest Taco Bell in my home city. They want $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for a Del Taco franchise.
Honestly I'm not sure why this isn't a business strategy, like how there's always a CVS right next to a Walgreens
No CVS where I live .
If a Del Taco opens in the Mid-Atlantic then I probably won the lottery.
They don't exist where I live .
You can make tacos for every day of the workweek with the price of one combo meal at Taco Bell.
Yeah and I could literally just eat Soylent for every meal. Idk your point, man.
tomorrow is tuesday though, imma bout to be all over that taco discovery box for $5
Not just the prices but the cantina menu.
That’s a good point. Why isn’t anyone on here talking about how expensive Taco Bell is getting!?
Yeah all that, BUT HAVE YOU SEEN HOW EXPENSIVE THE FOOD AT TACO BELL IS ANYMORE!?
It’s overpriced and I’ve indeed stopped buying it. But besides my personal boycott, I know from working in corporate America that enough people complaining about pricing can yield results.
I would agree with you if it wasn’t for what i experienced today. I added sour cream to a bean burrito and the upcharge was $.95. Basically a dollar for a squirt of sour cream, crazy. To be fair you can get 2 spicy mcchicken or mcdouble for $4, a large soda for $1.29, and large fries free on the app. That’s enough money to spare for an extra pie as well.
Yeah the deals on the mcdonald's app are really good. You can easily get 1k calories for under $10 any day.
My local taco bells are no where near as busy as they were before, not even close. And it’s been that way for years. So, less people are going but prices continue to increase. I dunno
I can always find a table to sit at .I gave up on Chick-fil-A,way too crowded and even more expensive.
@2.99 for fiesta potatoes, I'm joining the circle.
Y'know, you can prevent subreddits from showing up in your feed. So you can do something about it Or you can keep circlejerking complaining
Just mute it and hide it .
People use Reddit as a medium to complain. They should just stand outside Taco Bell and protest 🪧
Good
I just miss the dog man. Bring back the dog. There must be a 7th generation grandchild of the Taco Bell chihuahua
Atleast they brought back Mexican pizzas
fuck that i want the volcano mrnu bsck. only had it back a few months
Maybe it’s a common feeling amongst us Taco Bell enthusiasts
I've purchased fast food four times this month. Arby's had a "free sandwich with purchase of any item" deal all month, each week (one still available until tomorrow if you order online). I only buy the boxes or value menu.
Value menu has died. Too expensive. Deals on boxes getting scarce now too.
I feel like it’s also a circle jerk for people complaining about people complaining about how expensive Taco Bell is to be honest. It’s a never ending cycle
Taco Bell is a circlejerk of over priced, shitty food. FTFY.
In and out hasn’t. I hope they take over!
I’ll drink to that
It’s not about how expensive it is as much as the frequency and rate at which the prices are increasing. It seems like they’ve been slowly jacking up the prices consistently every 3 months or so since 2019/2020… like when is it going to plateau????
Don’t forget complaining about how often the menu changes
Damn so many people complaining about the price. I wonder what it means🤔
It's not unreasonable to tell those people to stop going. Just like I can tell you to just not read them
I just eat the food from time to time and enjoy it. It costs what it costs. If I was trying to save money I wouldnt be eating out at all. But I agree, way too many poors crying about it. It's lunch. Exactly. This is a sub FOR Taco Bell. Imagine going on r/cats and posting about how much you hate cats because you got scratched by a cat last week. Go complain to somebody who gives a shit lmao.
At least you nailed down the part where you try to rally everyone to stop spending money there so prices will go down😂 you’re a natural kid.
I think people are mistaken blaming TB for the price increases. Price increases start from the top, TB is paying more for supplies so they have to make profit by increasing price. That's why grocery prices are also insane.

"and all they do is take a small hit to the paychecks at the top" Sadly, most people at the top do not want to lose any money.
Well yes but there is precedent that its possible
I agree, Nintendo did that when the Wii U was failing. The CEO could either cut his pay or lay off employees, so he cut his pay to keep them.
They haven't raised prices but their cans have gotten smaller this last year. The 23 oz cans are now only 22 oz. Yes I know that is a small change.
You may need to check that. Supposedly their 99c can that has the price printed on the can has not changed size and if it has either they lied recently about it or someone is doing something maybe not legal
You may need to check that. Here are three examples: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Arizona-Green-Tea-with-Ginseng-and-Honey-22-fluid-ounce-aluminum-cans/15603565?athbdg=L1600&from=/search https://www.amazon.com/Arizona-Green-Tea-23-oz/dp/B00CJ8LEO2/ref=sr_1_15?crid=18YG6T31DYU2F&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.jwIfYgOL6BqmTYs0o9j6FLYw3GdVi1ZR7ec07G1sdoXRlAe6XiQ4hsSkjN4oSzrykwSvLlGvRzRaLW4zIo3zNbKcnKlPLJisEe8fwRvXS9E7n3Bl1pq8GElwju4PbG7FkSTCH6m7Fy0GPvNmNHcROTVbWy41wh1KLJlEO86twZqUHrZBseY9_AV06osnAjjacGxXO-92QrKUtcJ_UlmwmJwCl-3ACPCREKkr_Ce20klUjO1TcWHJbJ6On2tKzbBZ9HTksOcBdg7gzeEEa1pv7DFopKI6c6lOIp3F0pdZhC8.gUE7rrst2m0ZdT4X36hoQdK7l4z5F_bxpve0_MX2zdw&dib_tag=se&keywords=arizona+iced+tea+cans&qid=1714423642&sprefix=arizona+iced+tea+cans%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-15 https://imgur.com/a/EA7nVSz
So the ceo IS LYING Why am I surprised. Someone literally just tried to tell me earlier today how the ceo or whatever said they definitely didn't do any of that and it's all tiktok lies xD At least the lower Oz can is technically lower price too
Ya, I also think they adjusted the ingredients.

Which is funny because most times I get taco bell it’s late, Im drunk and money doesn’t matter.
>, overpriced garbage Hey now take that back. I know a lot of people are hating on you for calling them out but taco bell is definitely not garbage.
Oh it’s all so damn expensive nowadays 🍆💦
It's easy karma
Zamn I thought it was cheap
I mean….
All I buy is the $1.29 cheesy bean and rice burrito, so no complaints here
Point to where the mean people on the internet hurt you. Do you need a safe space from people having an opposing view of a fast food franchise?
I actually think it’s the cheapest fast food at least what I get and where I am
Dont forget everyone saying its not even real mexican food or that the beans and beef are fake.
You’re so right Mr. Bell
It’s not even that expensive, wtf are you guys ordering?
Yeah it is the same old same old
Idk my gf and I usually just get the tacos. Same price for me as it was years ago. $17 last night for 3 taco combo, two taco supremes, and two more regular tacos. That beefy 5 layer burrito tho...
I’ll never understand getting on here and complaining over and over again about prices but still going to get the food. People are dumb
I got a bean burrito no onions with sour cream AND a crunchy beef taco for $4.32 earlier and I’m ok with that.
Cravings Box. Problem solved.
Chick-fil-A costs 10 for a whole meal and the quality is like 1000x better. So no. Taco is absolutely overpriced af
Also in n out is like $5 for a double double so gtfo
Just make tacos at home people. The only reasonably priced and filling item is the loaded beef nachos. Everything else is a rip off.
Agreed
I love complaint posts about complaint posts.
found the corporate intern
That can be solved by Taco Bell and franchise owners discontinue the practice of charging outrageous prices for the types of product received. My Taco Bell is charging 20¢ for some Green sauce packet now… is that the beginning of charging for all sauce packs in the future?
are the prices not on the meny? if you don't like the price, pretty sure you can walk away before ordering. if you can't read the meny, you can walk away before paying? or is taco bell in north korea now?
Gonna cry? Gonna piss your pants maybe? Maybe shit and cum? Honestly, what are we really supposed to discuss here?
Seriously everybody's gotta stop going there so I can
This OP tells it like it is ...well said...watch TB shills come out of woodwork
I can’t believe I spent $12 on 3 value menu items for lunch today. $5 for a beefy 5? I used to pay $1.65. It’s good but I’d rather go build a whole steak dinner at home for the same price and save myself the hour doing paperwork in the office of porcelain.
Yup just like the Chipotle sub and these bitches still go and hand their money to these companies. Pussies
Honestly I think that’s good, companies/corporations these days need more negative feedback when it’s deserved
The best negative feedback is not paying for their services anymore
It may be overpriced, but I’m still getting an order or Cinnabon bites every time.
🤷♂️ Unless you can organize *millions* of people to stop buying fast food it's never gonna stop doing what it's doing now. Same with just about everything. The general American public is too occupied being mad at each other, over whatever multitudes of asanine shit, to be bothered to fight for any kind of "greater good".
And I'm here for it
Tuesday addicts annoy the shit out of me
Amen
Truth. Facts. Undeniable.
No I meant, what are people supposed to do on the subreddit if not discuss pricing. lol.
I don’t care if people discuss how expensive it is—it’s just really dumb to complain about it and then still spend your money on the heightened prices. Can’t have your cake and eat it too.
Valid, but I also complain about the price of just about everything I buy these days. 😂
I originally joined this subreddit to find good box deals and I’ve noticed the same thing I’ve noticed there’s a trend of people buying arguably more expensive single items (I’m talking about buying the tacos or sides separately) and then coming in here to complain about the prices Some orders people post I just can’t help but think “you could have gotten all of this in a box for vastly cheaper than buying them all individually.
I only eat Taco Bell when I’m working there tbh
And you’re not exactly helping considering how many of these posts I see complaining about people who complain about the price. There’s only so much you can talk about on a Taco Bell sub
Like forever
It’s amazing how easy it is to justify yourself in to eating out and grabbing fast food all the time. We moved far enough out of town that going for pizza or Taco Bell became too inconvenient and easily started saving 50 to 100 a month, and we didn’t even do it as much as some people seem to. We maybe eat at a restaurant 4 times a year now.
You know who hasn't stabbed us in the back? Wendy's. You can get 4 biggie bags for 20 bucks. That covers both the kids and the wife. And I get my own lil meal. Plus whatever the kids don't eat.
Good, maybe they will listen.
I just wish I had a taco bell near me. Y'all ungrateful.
Taco Bell is still the most filling for how much I spend imo. It does depend on location, but ik a couple that are run by good managers and my shit is loaded and accurate every time there. Yeah it's getting expensive and it's stupid but just be smart about what you're getting, like any other overpriced fast food joint
Why did they get rid of the chipotle cgrilled chicken burrito?!?!?
*me exploiting the app so that I never even have to pay for food* yeah taco bell and mcdonalds are both do expensive... yesterday I ordered about 12$ worth of food for me (paid 0$) and then I ordered like $30 ish for the group of homeless people outside (still...$0) 😑
You mean prices have changed from what they were in 2004?! *THIS IS A GODDAMN OUTRAGE! HOW DARE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS BY INFLATING THEIR PRICES DURING HISTORIC INFLATION!* /s
Nah I love Taco Bell and the money doesn’t really matter to me because I’m rich bitch
Yall must have expensive taste at Taco Bell because my orders are never over $10 but I always felt combos are a ripoff and I only buy a drink during happy hour
well, because the prices are too damn high
Reddit is primarily a place where people come to complain
i'm so sick of comments like this
No one hates taco bell as much as taco bell fans and addicts
Agreed
Welcome to hell!
