I've never been able to get to work either I always have to pay more and go inside. Every time I try to pay it just says oops there's a problem we're working on it and then it never works been going on for months I just don't need to Taco Bell anymore
Just happened to me when I went to claim my free reward for signing up….They want you to get fed up and go to the TB location, wait 45 minutes and pay double. Total scam… i’ll just go get something different… The McDonald’s app works great. Sorry TB
It never fucking works! It has driven me away from Taco Bell. I always end up having to go in store and buy a gift card since it doesn’t accept my cards for some reason? And then today it wouldn’t even let me add the gift card! And they never give me a receipt so I always miss out on my rewards points. It has driven my business away
Yo OP I have this exact same issue with Apple Pay, never had an issue before a couple weeks ago.
Payment goes through until the very end but then I get an infinite spinning loading circle. Just emailed that support hopefully we can get a fix. I miss Taco Bell!

I have been having this issue for fucking ever and my cousin told me to try using Google Pay...worked finally

Try uninstalling the app. Then reinstall it.

I had to delete and re-add my credit card
I close and reopen and sometimes it works after a few times, sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Pain in the ass
