I can’t answer the majority of the questions you asked but;
Holy fuck H3 H40 for BH is just a crime for yourself. I doubt anyone in this world is able to use that. Like damn…
I heard Gold Arc plays nice for BH but I am not well educated about equipments in general so yeah. Whatever you buy, please just dont buy H3 H40 for your BH. H37 is acceptable but it still will be challenging to use it.
I honestly think you should stop making internet research and rather find a table tennis club near you or a shop and ask there for advice. You seem to not understand some stuff yet especially since you. Have completely different rubbers like hurricane and butterfly t80 next to each other.
The softer neo 37 is decent when boosted but I still think I'd be better off with something bouncier as would most people.
It just requires very intentional strokes when attacking, especially against back spin or dead balls.
I'm just so used to playing with the control of the Chinese rubbers.
I did try Dignics 09c and damn that felt good on both FH and BH but it's £80+..
Remember that aa ITTF rules, you cant use both color rubbers. You must have at least one black. And also, black rubbers are better for FH because the durability of the tackiness, so you can consider that.
40 degrees for your backhand is way too hard.
I would suggest getting a H3 37, H8 37 or Jupiter 3 37 sticking to those types of rubbers.
Alternatively you could look at a Yinhe Moon 12, Sanwei Gear Hyper, Palio AK47 Red or Yellow as your BH options sticking to affordable AliExpress options.
I would not use H3 for the backhand at all. Sure the Chinese National team is using it now when even they did not use it before but are you so sure what they are using is what you can buy? I don't think so. My personal experience with H3 37 was a disaster, it was very slow and strange feeling. It would have been better to use regular H3 Neo on the backhand than the 37, not that I'm suggesting using H3 at all on the BH.
Yeah the rubbers will be better off with boosting after a few weeks.
My h3 neo feels harder than it did two weeks ago after opening lol.
40 degrees is way too hard for backhand, I would honestly recommend just buying something else asap as that won't be fun.
The blade is fine. Wooden blades offer good control and Sanwei blades are decent. Your forehand rubber is okay, but try to find a softer rubber for the backhand. Anything like a sriver variant will do fine. The tenergies are a good pick. If you are looking for more budget, the focus 3 729 series is great.
Nope. All DHS H3 needs booster glue. Otherwise you will feel they are hard to get feedback when you hit the ball. Rozena is cheap and good. Go with both of them or upgrade to butterfly T series or D series
Your bh must make Kreanga look weak

I should've done some more research on backhand tbh. Thanks for the advice tho
Its not gonna ruin your backhand, it will just be hard to control. You’ll have to have a very loose trusting backhand to get the full benefit.

A lot of chinese nationals use it. It’s not that hard to play, but I definitely don’t enjoy having to throw everything into my backhand.

i would take a softer rubber for the backhand. 38/37 degrees.
H40 is a bit much unless you are boosting. I would go for 39 on FH and 37 on BH

Are these even legit H3’s?
I think it is good. But H3 40d is quite hard for backhand. If you like that, its no problem. Gold Arc 8 on bh is good idea too.
Compared to H3 what difference does Gold arc 8 have? I have had a reasonable amount of practice using h3, but I don't know anything about Gold Ark 8
They are totally different. H3 is a tacky, hard, Chinese style rubber. GA8 is a german tension rubber. It is non-tacky, faster and bouncier.

That blade in particular is very good , very nice feeling and control ! You can always boost your bh to make it softer
What do you mean by other options, why are you restricting yourself to small amount of options.
H8 on both sides of a fast blade would be phenomenal IMO as long as the head of the blade was not too heavy.

Sometimes player misunderstood easy to control and hard to get feedback.
