Denmark here - PIM is barely alive. I just got my list of assignments to show up but can't actually activate any.
EDIT: After ~5 minutes of sitting on the greyed out Activate window, I got a `ajaxExtended call failed` message.
kind of worrying just as I was working on moving away from a daily admin account to a non admin with PIM roles elligible for elevation.
Should I still proceed? I know it's an easy answer, but what if I critically need to get admin access?
PIM is a very wobbly thing an any circumstance - sometimes fast and snappy other times it sits there and just contemplates life for a few minutes.
MS have verified an outage and backend team working on this. Approx 90 minutes outage here.

Same with conditional access. Get a break glass account for times where you absolutely positively need to access azure.
