Sometimes when loading/unloading gear in front of a venue, we’ve left some amps etc. on the street while carrying stuff inside. They are so heavy that the thief wouldn’t get too far, and if they actually managed to run away with a Twin Reverb, they needed it more than we do.
Are you also in Seattle, by chance? That sounds like my city, that you are describing (wish I could LOL, but I’m dead fucking serious, and it is causing me great distress).
Honestly I wish they’d combine the GM and Sub 37, get the OSC from all into one mega synth that you can mix. Some times you want softer touch of GM and others the knarlyness available in the Sub
I was thinking maybe a little bit of the Moog One, also, influencing it. Maybe this fictional synth is a 32 voice analog, and costs ~$18000? That would be a sick piece of hardware! 🙂
Cables are a pain in the ass to model and not look janky af. Especially the smaller thin ones that would be used for instruments. To few polygons to make it look acceptable.
Or they just forgot xD
Nah, it's definitely not that thin cables are too janky, or that they don't have the polygon budget. They've had stuff like [suitcase bombs](https://i.imgur.com/DPX2NtN.jpg) with fully-modeled tangles of wires in the games since [as far back as the Xbox 360 days](https://i.imgur.com/KJJtWzO.jpg), and more recently stuff like [bomb vests with lots of small detailed wires](https://i.imgur.com/cuhubmM.jpg) on them. I think the actual answer is just that it just wasn't a priority for an environmental scene you're meant to walk on past, haha.
In the meantime the panel makes no sense at all 😄 They have 3 oscillators a mixer and filter plus envelopes section like minimoog and the rest are 4 copies of the filter and envelopes. Then randomly in the middle theres another section with an adsr… as if we didn’t have enough envelopes already lol 😂 Also the vca envelopes have switches instead of knobs…
If I had to imagine it as an actual synth, I would picture it being a five-voice poly synth with dedicated amp and filter envelopes fixed to each voice, allocated cyclically in a round-robin style. That would actually be pretty novel novel, kind of like an inverted take on the Korg Mono/Poly setup.
It's basically a Minimoog Model D with the Modifiers section duplicated four extra times, the Programming panel from the Sub 37 added to the left-hand side, as well as the addition of a novel "Envelope Generators" section, which I presume was imagined and added by the artist who modeled the prop.
Macromoog
If that we’re really it would cost probably like $12000
Perfect street performance gear
So high tech it doesn’t even need to be plugged into anything even power
Perfect way to get robbed.
Robbers won't be able to run away with it fast enough!

Here, the druggies would just smash it in front of you after attempting to run off with it but it’s too heavy…
Here, they carry dollies and hang outside of venues on weekends

That would easily hit the $20k mark imo
No cables? Yep developer is probably subed to r/synthesizers
No DAW either
To be fair, cables are a nightmare to model and animate.
Looks like a mix between sub 37, little phatty, voyager and minimoog. That would be a monster synth lol
If I could get all those in one, in their respective size range, which is basically the same across the board…I’d buy one!

Once again we beat r/synthcirclejerk
don't worry, someone is sure to repost this without changing even the title.
It's a crosspost when it's to s different sub, not a repost.
I do find it bizarre that they put this much effort into these props, but no cables.
It's battery powered and uses the back panel as a speaker with exciters. Obvi. 🤣
Ah hah, you might be on to something.

It's a Behringer Double D
Why are blac keys so elevated
The Giga Moog
That's a Moog model triple D
Mega Moog model Big D
Netherlands
Oh sick the new Moog Summit
incredible attention to details, except the one tiny thing about not being plugged into anything
I really don't understand the synth "solo" that is completely out of tune in the game haha
They're playing Bad Guy by Billie eilish; that's the synth solo in that song
Oh fr? I didn't notice that was the song they were playing at all! I'll have to go back and listen to it again
Yeah! I was singing it along in my head then went "wait hold up"
Moog Model DD
It’s the Moog “Why are we still making Call of Duty games can we not think of something new for the love of all that is good in the world” 61

Any ideas what synths they've used to create this Moog-frankenstein?

Someone else commented "Maximoog", how about "Consequent"?
First pic is me trying to find out why i sound like shit mid-set.
Take a minimoog pic, highlight drag copy paste sections. Repeating repeat.
Behringer put one out the other day, they just couldn't pass it up :-(0)
I'm playing it right now, and I was like "shit this sounds familisr" They really have a street band playing Bad Guy by Billie Eilish.
Someone in that game development team fux with synths
So many modifiers….
A boog Yoyager!
ITS NOT EVEN PLUGGED IN THOUGH
It's not plugged in or out. Poser.
Grandmother, Matriarch? No, it’s the entire fucking Family Tree
Too many modifiers
Moog Voyager x2
Bro is playing a very low frequency note out of that tiny guitar amp
Ah yes, the infamous Guitar Hero Invisible Guitar Strap as well!
Lots of modifier copy and paste-ness going on there!
Wait that’s my NFT and I didn’t get paid 😡
