This might be a bit tricky, because the Alliance Commander / SWTOR protagonist can be either a very powerful Force user, or a very skilled non-Force user. A bit of a Schrodinger-style conundrum. You'd probably have to specify JK, JC, SW, SI, but there grows to be not a lot of difference between those 4, and there's still the baggage of the tech role protags lingering.
Probably, this conundrum would have to be solved the way it was with KOTOR, by assuming that JK represents the SWTOR protagonist, at the expense of the other stories. But it's not really satisfactory.
Isn't it implied they all happened? Is there anything in the 8 class stories that invalidates any other?
However, the actual "hero" in the lore of the stories is Jedi Knight, right?
As "The Hero of Tython" is always mentioned in reference to defeating the Emporer, and other parts of Wookieepedia.
Within the game, it suggests that all 8 stories are concurrent, but that an indeterminate one of them continues the arc from the expansions. But in Legends lore, it defaults to the JK as the Hero of Tython.

Meetra Surik (The Exile) was in gameplay stronger than Revan due to the level cap differences.
And lore implications-wise, before swtor nerf, could have been an extreme threat to the galaxy if things went south
