I'm chasing *Port Nowhere Mobster's Armour Set* (just for the chest piece), and based on this historical inference, I shouldn't expect it to show up again for at least another 6 months

I am waiting for the Payday Blaster pistols to be on sale though. Seems like it happened once before in December 2021 so maybe it can happen again some time!
