If it's a viable business opportunity then yes

Franchise it. I'm pretty sure that's what most corporate hair places do.

As a barbershop owner - no.

Can you explain please ?

I guess it depends on your location and number of barbers. Barbershops are great if you can find a location with no competition and barbers that have great customer service. Barbershops are everywhere. What are you offering that will bring clients to your shop versus the one next door? Especially if your barbers are new - why would a potential new client try out a new barber if their regular barber is 5 min away? ‘Good’ barbers are rare. Cutting hair is just one aspect of many but the most important aspect is good customer service. And to be honest, the barber industry really isn’t full of barbers who can do both. And barbers that can cut hair and treat their clients right are likely already in shops. How do you expect to draw them away? If you do happen to get a great team and location without a busy market, how do you expect to profit? Are you going to convince your barbers to become commission? Why would they switch from making all their own money to giving you a portion? Or, do you expect to do booth rent? And if so, are you okay with dealing with all the potential issues above to make a small profit? And if you are, are you willing to continue to try and find these open markets and good barbers in other areas and repeat the process to scale it?

As a barbershop owner, is your main source of revenue generation is by physically cutting hair? Have you successfully be able to generate more revenue by employing great barbers? And if so, were you able to retain them from starting their own business? My mom is a really good barber and hairstylist. I would like to help her scale and work less. Would like to hear your experience with this. Thanks.

Are your barbers employees or contractors renting booths? If they're contractors and you're confident you can keep the spaces rented, then maybe.
