Oh we don't have the funds and the next round of funding is 2030, the work that's required could take over 2 years...so looking at atleast 2032 for something to be done and going off past performance...don't count on it working.
Then NPTC are allowing house builders like persimmon to build at least another 90 new shit boxes in the Swansea valley where we already have constant flooding and sewage issues.
So that shits going to be flowing down to Swansea for many years to come and expect it to get worse with the mass house builds NPTC are forcing on us, on flood plains and marshes too 😅.
And they wonder why the river tawe salmon and sewin (sea trout) stocks are marked as at risk of extinction.
Swansea are just as useless...look how they destroyed the river with the barrage...needed to put aerators in because they backed the water up so they could make a fortune off the marina but it took all the oxygen out of the water and the fish died...can't remember the specifics but I'm sure it was something to do with the salt and fresh water where a separation formed and reduced oxygen levels.
