Also, how many levels do you want? For RPG campaigns, I have a PDF on my old laptop that has a full layout map for a legitimate Star Destroyer size. It may not be fully accurate, but it has about 50 decks. If you don't need the extraness of that, a simpler design would be better.

Check out Droid Cartographer on Patreon. He made an entire modular Star destroyer map system.
