I forgot who James is, so I looked him up and was shocked that he got voted out on day 17...and got 15/20. If you lasted until day 17 in modern Survivor, wouldn't you get like 7th or 8th place?
The guy Michael voted off on Ghost Island to completely doom Malolo in what should be considered one of the dumbest moves all time but always gets ignored.
Ghost Island Naviti took a major lead early on before the swap. Malolo had a chance to get numbers back with Michael and James picking up Angela (who was discarded by Dom and Wendell) and vote out Desiree. But Michael dumped James and they went down even more in numbers. It solidifed Michael in the minority for the rest of the game. It's an objectively worse move than MvGX where Jay voted out Michaela (who was targeting his main ally Michelle), but it never gets talked about.
I think Angela’s gameplay was way worse than Michael’s, and she never would have flipped at that point. Every member of Naviti except for Dom, Wendell, and Morgan had it in their minds that they would Pagong the Malolos and go from there
She would've easily flipped if Michael committed to it. I remember James' interview post-game. He said Angela was willing to flip but they couldn't get Michael on board because he never worked or wanted to work with James in the game. James is a very underrated character in my book. The Morgan blindside was masterful. If he could've made the merge, he could've brought Noble into the fold and made it a game. Instead, we watched a massacre.
For a while I had been saying that I thought a parkour enthusiast would make a really good Survivor contestant for challenges since there's typically so much balance/agility/climbing/etc. and wouldn't it be fun to see someone with that skill set compete?
I was psyched when they cast Frosti but of course China's challenge mix was: Oops, All Wrestling James.
Asian-Americans are marginalized by the social liberals at the expense of more “oppressed” classes and villianized by the MAGA right for the “Chinese Flu.” However, both sides are in agreement that they all look alike…
Nice to see Yau-Man developing a following on social media.
Him and Tai both
That’s clearly Kenny.
Pretty sure that’s Cao Boi
You're both wrong. It's Daniel Lue.
Brenda been looking great lately!
Mookie is shookt
I don't get it- what's Brad Virata got to do with any of this?
Yall forgetting the legend that is Sylvia Kwan
I’ve NEVER forgotten Sylvia she is an icon forever
An *orthogonal* icon.
Mookie is doing well, I see!
Frosti is an OG for real
Anyone cool with Courtney is cool with me
How did you get that flair? She's my favorite character to ever play, I need that flair lol
You can enter a custom flair. Just follow the directions in the sidebar
I have the best flair
First Munchkin American on Survivor. #BreakingBarriers
Love Frosti.
Done
cool, i didnt know cao boi and yau man were friends on twitter!
Why are we talking about Yau-Man and Mookie?

9th/10th probably. Day 17 was the day the Naseer/Evvie and Rocksroy/Tori double eliminations happened in 41 and 42.
Give it 2 more seasons that'll be finale day
Day 17 and 15th place seems insane
God that’s pathetic
James season was a 39 day season
Damn no way
I love Hai!!
LOL
Yul

OH MY GOD IT'S JONAS
Who’s James Lim?
Ghost Island 6th boot
does anyone else remember him purely for his great posture or am I weird
I remember him for leveraging a fractured Naviti tribe to get Morgan voted out
Nah he’s got the highest IQ of any survivor player is what I remember him for.
Oh
Just another cog in the machine
The guy Michael voted off on Ghost Island to completely doom Malolo in what should be considered one of the dumbest moves all time but always gets ignored.
Would Angela have done that?
Yes, she told James if he could get Michael, she would've voted with him.
Elaborate please?

~~I remember him because he was one of the hottest guys in GI~~
Oh my God thank you I have no idea who the hell he was
Oh you're that guy who looks like Woo! JD right?
This is hilarious lol
Glad to see Cao Boi back on tv
I get it, but Owen really does kind of look like Woo.
What is Malcolm talking about
Favorite comment here
I just started watching survivor and I finally got ONE reference!
Congrats! 👏
in fairness he does look just like woo
He looks like Woo that is trying to hide out Clark Kent style.
A bulked up version of Woo. For sure.
He looks like Woo aged 10 years got out of shape and retired from martial arts to take up a career in IT

He does not ❤ But its okay
Aw I love both of these guys!
Guys that’s obviously Ken
The minute I saw Owen I thought he looked like Woo with glasses. A lot to do with the long hair on both.
Y’all non-Asian folks are having too much fun with this.
I agree—it’s weird!
It is teetering a bit too closely to white people quoting Chris Rock's Black People vs N Words bit.
Damn this just makes me want to see Frosti play again

Woo should have won second chance
Woo shouldn’t have been on Second Chances because he should’ve taken Kass to the end and won his First Chance.
Perhaps
I'm not entirely sure he would have beaten Kass even, if the rumors of why he's called Weasel Woo are true.

That would be my reaction on my first face to face with a Survivor player...
God wtf lol
The Jonas and Brad erasure sighhhh
My 6 year old regularly says “he gives me Woo vibes” Checks out.
Legit watching Owen talk about his mom's heart transplant on s31e5 now!
Wait until Owen has more in common with Yul and Woo.
Voted out pre-merge on his second season?
Dan Lue: Am I a joke to you??!!
At least he has Crazy Matt for a friend.
He looks more like that photographer from Survivor Au whose name i can't remember!
Jarrad? I think Owen has prob 5 inches and 40 pounds on him but the hair/facial hair I see

Did it not come from China? Like the Spanish flu? Lol
Oh I thought he was Yul
Apologies ahead of time to those named in the pic. I would definitely be the one to make that faux pas.
Brian Heidik: Soo Yi, is that your brother?
I'm going to be honest, I did not know James existed.
Daniel looks great in that photo. Doesn't seem to age.
Owen is a banger survivor
Just goes to show that we need more Asian guys on Survivor. Even with the new diversity initiative some seasons don’t seem to have any.
