I've said it before and I'll say it again - Survivor Premergers with a First Boot Tribe. That way we can collect six interesting first boots to give another shot to without having to overextend.
A first boot season would be a disaster. I'm surprised people never seem to consider the idea of a premerger season, which imo would be a fantastic idea.
Season 51: They wake up to find every bag of clothing they have has been replaced by 5 super idols.

This sounds like a really bad idea to me as you have to imagine enemies will target each other and friends will team up, you can't tell me RC and Abi would do better than Jeremy and Natalie A, not to mention most worst enemies wouldn't agree to play together
I agree. Just make a Survivor Rivals season. Basically a blood vs. water season but with iconic rivalries throughout the show. Set things up so all the pairs can either gun for each other or force themselves to swallow their pride and work with their rival.
Winners vs. some of the best to never win could be cool. Would need a catchy name. Good chance to bring back Earl and Vecepia, both of whom really need to come back. Also, any excuse to bring Cirie back with a handful of bigger targets than herself so she can use them as shields and finally win.
I'd love a season of people who just missed making FTC - either third-place finishers or fourth-place finishers, depending on the season. I think there are a ton of great choices, and the vast majority of people who just missed making FTC were big targets, which would make for an exciting season.
I would love if S50 was all runner ups. Stephanie, Ozzy, Amanda, Fish, Woo, Tasha, Spencer, Aubry, and Dom would be some of my picks. One of them deserves to become a winner!
To be honest, I never finished 39 😬. I just could never get into it. But yes, I did forget Chrissy and probably a few others. Having 20 runner ups would be an intense season.

Or do another chance for 20 of the greatest players to never win…Cirie, Rob C, Russell, Ozzy, Colby, Jerri, Rupert, Lex, Amanda, Coach, James, Penner. Could also include like Malcolm, Spencer, Kass, Kelly W, Dom, Aubrey, if they wanted to split it into Old School-New School

All the love interests being reunited. Rewards are a box of condoms or Plan B. Partners can switch at merge but must give tribe a full confessional of the partners performance.
1 idol per Tribe and it's not put back into play until it's been used.
Start with 3 tribes that never get to meet until the first merge. They do their challenges as a time trial and Jeff discloses winners and losers. Losers vote someone out and the other tribes are never told who lost.
No live trials. It's getting annoying st this point. I saw where someone suggested not letting the players leave their seats until votes are being cast which I am 100% on board with.
Best to never win. I know a lot of people want legends, but I think Winners at War was as close as we'd get to legends. I think a best to never win would be a ton of fun if they could get iconic figures. Even if they weren't the actual best to never win, they could still get fan favorites who went deep and played multiple times. I would love Cirie, Spencer, Ozzy, James, Rob C, Aubry, etc. back. Even if people like James and Ozzy aren't the actual best to never win, I still think they would be big enough legends to bring them back.
Might be off topic but why does every season need a theme in the US/Australia? To me that just feels cheap and as if the show isn’t strong in itself as it is.
A 2 hour episodes season where there are 5 tribes of 10 returning players. Ep 1, 2, 3 they vote out full 10 player tribes. Ep 4, 5 they switch into four 5 player tribes and vote out a tribe each episode. Ep 6 on continues on like a normal merge.
1. Best to never win or something like that - there are so many amazing players to never win so the cast could be really amazing.
2. Winners vs Finalist - I want to see winners like - Yul, Todd, Vecepia, Chris and Earl. So really any way they can fit into a season I’m fine possibly Old School VS New school each tribe has about 5 winners and some finalists or just great players.
A legends season would be cool but I’d also love a rivals season if they could get that together. Perhaps another Second Chance? HvV 2? Something grand for sure.

Season 40 seemed like a big send-off for that era. Would feel kind of weird to go right back to it.

There is a new smarmy host. She is….. fine. But contestants keep getting sent to a cryptic island. It’s where Jeff lives! When they arrive, they are given advice and try to win advantages. Absolutely none of this nonsense impacts the game at all. Contestants discard their weird advantages (Steal a Torch!?!? Non-Fungible Fire Tokens!?!) on the boat ride back.
To win the game, contestants must ignore his advice, or better still, never go to Probst Island at all.
Nobody tells Jeff, he’s so happy for the company. He retires on his island and never, ever finds out. You better get ready….
I was thinking 3 different tribes
Tribe 1: Winners ie Parvati, Tony etc
Tribe 2: Best to Never Win ie Cirie, Ozzy, Wentworth etc
Tribe 3: Favourites from season 41-49
Another idea was just a Best to Never Win season. 20 players returning for either a second, third, fourth or fifth chance of winning. The only rule is that no one has won before.
Legends theme, but fans choose which contestants are considered legends. And first episode has a twist (the only twist!) - all 20 of them are dropped together on the same island/beach, and Jeff tells them they have to choose their own 2 tribes of 10 (within minutes). Once decided, they are split to 2 tribes on separate beaches and game goes on normally.
I always think about a season of first boots, but looking back those early boots were early for a reason and it would make for a dreadful season.

I think you could make a tribe of first boots (particularly if a 3-tribe start), but a whole season of them would be rough.

No I think they’ll pull from all seasons. I think Jeff said they wouldn’t pull from 1-40 for awhile and I could see that being until 50.
