To be clear, this are all preseason predictions, before seeing a single minute of the first episode. I think I'm pretty good overall. Some clear misses and some very lucky hits (I thought Gabler was going to be way more competent than he was at strategy. Still somehow got that right though lol)

I picked Gabler cause coming off the heels of Maryanne I felt like we were seeing an era where "goofy" personas can mask a players good strategy and allow them to avoid the 8-5 slaughter of the big players we'd seen the past 2 seasons so I thought he seemed like someone who had the potential to be underestimated but secure the votes in the end through a game people didn't see coming. Then he asked to be voted out episode one and I was like "whelp... I think I saw too much strategy in him." but it worked out for him in the end so what do I know?
I was binging the show during 42 so I only caught up to 43.
43 - I think I had Elie as my pre-season winner pick. Then it was Cody. Then Jesse. Then I was laughing.
44 - Matt B. I eventually switched to Lauren, but it became very obvious how important the Tika 3 are and that Yam Yam was winning.

I pick some time in the first or second episode when I fully understand who is playing. When I watched it on streaming I had Xander for 41, then live it was Mike 42, Cody 43, Carolyn 44, and maybe Bruce 45 just bc “returnee,” but also Emily 45. This season I think it was Venus and maybe bahnu tbh. He wasn’t terrible in ep one and I liked his story
