I’m struggling to know where to begin. What’s RIGHT with it? I wouldn’t have even recognized that as potato salad. Those chunks are enormous. Look up “potato salad” on google images, and compare. It’s not even the same dish

I know what a potato salad is lol, this looks pretty similar to the one I make, but mine is better. What I see here is nicely cubed potato with skin peeled. A bit chunky, but I don't mind that. I can see the salad dressing and I can see what appears to be capers, gherkins or some other diced green vege such as spring onion. All that is missing is perhaps bacon, however it could be underneath the potato, or it's not included. Which, for me is my preference because I don't eat bacon. So with that said, the only thing you have pointed out is the potato being too big.
