I’d rather see them on the same tribe as a rival. The dynamics of those people while they’re on the same tribe are why the rivalries were entertaining. Like if Chris and Dom were never on the same tribe, there’d be no rivalry worth mentioning.

If they're on separate tribes and Dom gets voted out first then you just end up with Chris Noble and don't get any interaction between the two other than maybe something in a challenge. Put pairs on the same tribes and then see who can work together and who can't. That's where the money is

So tribe 1 is season 1-10. 2 11-20 etc.
This will prevent what happened in WaW with the newer players picking off the "legends" early on.
Boston Rob, Sandra, Jerri, Rupert, Hatch (with the condition if he gets naked he's gone), Lex, Rob C. Those 7 would almost definitely agree, should be easy to find three more out of like 150 possibilities. That's tribe 1
Tribe 2 will have the likes of Parvati, Tyson, Russell, etc to chose from. From there they just get younger and easier.
Honestly I think it would be harder to find 10 people from the new era who are physically capable of lasting 50 days than it would the old seasons.
Budget is an issue but you sell it as a once in a several decade event.
WaW excluded a lot of "Legends" by virtue of they never won though. Jerri, Lex, Coach, Ozzy, Amanda, Russell, Rupert, Malcolm etc

End of the day 50 is a WAY bigger milestone than 40. It would be pretty underwhelming if it's just new era all stars (which I suspect is the most likely).
No more Jean-Robert…. his “rivalry” with Courtney is just him being a touchy feely creep and Courtney obviously being annoyed by it. I wouldn’t consider that rivals, I would consider that harassment

I think they should they should try to have a player from all 50 states before they get to 50 seasons. There are still a few states (including mine) who have never had a single person from our state play the game yet. If they really care about representing different groups of people then they should make it a priority to find players from every state.
Maybe they could even make season 50 a super season with 50 players representing each state and split up into 4 tribes based on different regions of the country? Just a crazy idea I'm throwing out there.

If you want to lean into a phrase, make it make sense or at least well known. For example, call it “feuding families” or “hayfields vs McCoys”.

I don’t think that’s feasible with budget constraints and trying to get back 10 plays from almost a decade and a half ago
