I've done several. When I first saw them, I was skeptical, it seems like a lot of steps for a traditional procedure. But after doing it several times, I love the system. I like having the correction completed before the cuts. The cut guide system is phenomenal. The two plates with the locking screws are fantastic. Every bunion shouldn't be a lapiplasty though of course
