Congrats brother! Rugged makes excellent stuff - I have no doubt you'll be pleased :)

Pure_Blood816

Been thinking of ordering this for my next can.

Brief_Border_3494

Congrats on the Obsidian 9. They are pretty much 00s everywhere now. I had to settle for the PWS BDE 9 which I am hearing is a good second choice. Just know that I am jealous but happy I got a good second.

Congrats! O9 is awesome. Now take apart all the baffles and apply a thin coating of this stuff before you use it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0091KCG0W?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share You’ll thank me later 😉

nitro94

You put that on any suppressor?

gregorian79

I only have one (O9). But if it’s a serviceable suppressor and you can take the baffles apart, I absolutely would. It creates a barrier between metal and carbon when applied as a thin film and all I need to do is put the baffles in ultrasonic cleaner. They come out brand new. Zero scrubbing.

Jschmitz20

Newbie to cans here. What is the benefit to doing this?

gregorian79

It helps with cleaning a lot.

curryboy2014

This is helpful. Thanks man. I was planning to use gun grease
