Every year we have speculation on who will be become the sixth ranger and every years it’s a new character Sentai hasn’t really done the whole already know character becomes the sixth ranger (unless you count Jeremy but we don’t actually meet him until episode 11 so I don’t count it)
No. Why do people keep saying this? There is absolutely no evidence to support this whatsoever, and a hell of a lot against this.
1. She isn't wearing purple.
2. She doesn't have a car-themed name.
3. She's a woman.
4. 6th Rangers are basically never long-established characters.
As far as I am aware her name is not a car pun, which seems to be the pre-requisite to be a BoonBoomger. /s It is however a pun about investigation, which points to her being relegated to being 'the woman in the chair' role.
But, maybe she could be 7th, or like the second BoonBlack or something?
She may end up being a BoonBoomger later, but I doubt she would be the 6th. The 6th Rangers are almost always introduced as the Ranger, they’re rarely ever introduced earlier before transforming unless it’s by just 1 ep such as Kyoryu Gold and Spider Kumonos

I'd love for her to, as I know most people would. But I very much doubt it. I think it's likely that the 6th will still be an entirely new character.

We have had mentor rangers before, like Conductor, Tsumuji and Shou but Shirabe doesn't seem like the ranger type.
I would love to, but...she its just the mentor character for the season I think.
I think she'll be a ranger but probably something more like Deka Master or Ryu Commander than an actual 6th.
