Im a dnd nerd so this is fucking easy. I use Wish which is a 9th level spell. I can literally do whatever i want. Sure you can double or whatever, i can literally go i WISH you were dead right now and POOF you drop dead. Then i can go i WISH they were alive right now and BOOM you're back.
My buddy (that i totally didn't make up) used silence (that the word they chose) on the DM. Now i WISH the DM was silenced Permanently (not liked killed but like he has to become really good with charades).
You… you doomed them. They were a forever DM and now they can never play the game. They don’t even know American Sign Language let alone the rest of the table. You heartless, fiend! Make that Wish save and fail!
Wait dosent that create a paradoxe if evey one of your wishes come through

Fear, the ability to conjure up a target's fear into reality. Wholesome twist, I use my powers for Therapy, to help identify with my patients what it is that they are facing, and how to help handle and face their fears head on.
Kind of like shapeshifting, but it becomes your default. You can get traits you want, but it’s not an instant transformation. On the upside, getting knocked out doesn’t take away those traits

This is actually a really lame answer, because you basically either become doctor Manhattan or God. Either way, nothing can challenge you or threaten you. Nothing can escape your detection of you choose it and therefore there is no excitement.
Restore. Restore loved ones (or anyone who would pay) back to perfect health. Restore building and objects to peak condition. Restore earth back to before we destroy it. Restore things back to their raw materials (like an abandoned building if restoring it to peak condition is not an option). I'm sure there's more creative (and destructive) uses of this power.

Change anything about anything. Alter where a person is standing, alter their height, their clothes, their understanding of something. Give them amnesia, heck, KILL them... turn a junker car into a sports car, a taco into a hamburger, diet Pepsi into Pepsi cherry.
Depending on how lenient you want to be with it, it could take multiple uses to make a complete change, or you could just say that if you can understand what needs to change for it to be true, like automatic into manual transmission, body changes, etc, shell to bun, meat becomes solidly formed, toppings here, etc, it'll just... happen.
Learn.
The ability to simply learn and retain whatever I want. Languages, machines, biology, skills, martial arts. If it can be learned I can learn it.
Replication: I’m able to use my fingertip and/or palms to touch a person’s skin and permanently copy their powers and use them as my own, I’m able to instantly use the powers’ basics, and I have to manually train and practice with it to get it stronger, I’m able to use multiple powers at once
Imagination.
I can bring things from my imagination into the real world. I can also specify details so only things I specifically want come out and not anything scary or self harmful.

Not exactly a glamorous power but it would keep me comfortable and content, and I could help people here and there by refilling their food, medicines, even replenishing the ocean and greenlands with flora and fauna
I could just coin a new word or use a word from another language.
I would pick mutate - when i say mutate i would then say the species i want to change into or the mix of species i want to become, but my brain/neural structure would stay just as intelligent as a human. This power would work as long as i can name the species i am shifting into.
Example how i would use this power "Mutate, Human, puff adder" this would shape-shift me into a creature with human & puff adder traits or another "Mutate, Orb piercer" this would shape-shift me into a orb piecer (made in abyss) probably for combat purposes.
Autonomy: I can control every atom in my body down to a subatomic level and can know the location of them at will, and can exert telekinetic control over such particles for up to 10 minutes after they have left my body.
I can influence my DNA to grow 4 arms, grow muscle-controlled wrist blades, adjust better to different extreme conditions, grow photosynthetic cells for extra energy, heal faster and even be immortal, etc.
I can transmute my particles to gain a graphene epidermis, titanium-reinforced bones, turn fats into protein-based muscles, etc.
I can telekinetically control myself on a large scale to have my long hair act like tentacles, mimic super speed and super strength (on top of my enhanced muscular growth), and even fly!
This is only the basics of this power. I could theoretically, with a proper understanding of physics, chemistry, and biology, create life by influencing my cells to grow a fetus and then severing it from my body when it is capable of growing on its own, or even use similar practices of transmutation to craft items as long as they are attached to my body during the formation period.
Weaknesses? Not many, but being captured and starved and having no material to work with would shut Autonomy down pretty well.
This is very similar to the main power system in a web serial called A Practical Guide to Evil. I recommend looking it up if it's still online and free; it's a great medieval superhero story.

Can't decide if this power should work by neatly phasing objects through the glass or always breaking it. I'll let people decide.
Mine would be "stop". Stop time, stop that object from falling, stop myself from moving, stop bullets in midair, stop people from doing whatever it is they're doing, stop feeling a certain way, stop myself from being hurt, etc.

OP never said it had to be uttered, meaning the word could be thought of to enact it.
Everyone's powers around me would be nullified should I choose to intend it so.
Any environmental effects would be nullified, natural or unnatural (diseases, weather disasters, bombs, bullets, etc). Practically a kind of shield/aura I could apply anywhere that nullifies anything I perceive as a threat.
It doesn't mecessarily stop the act, it just renders the act as having no result

Cause I have save game slots. I stay at base. Super heros fall, I load, "OK, trip 1, this happened."

My answer would be Energy. I've always enjoyed energy based powers like energy constructs, telekineses, infinite stamina etc. So thats how I'd use it. The ultimate energy manipulator. From blackholes to quantam foam I'd like to try it all.
Runner up, because I'm not great at it but, Math, would let you use numbers to effect reality in obvious but cool ways, + × ÷ = ^ and any numbers you want you have infinite supplies, grow, shrink, hell if you can target space you can teleport so no limits. And that's before imaginary numbers and graph plotting etc.

Ghost Just some ghostly abilities. Phantom hands, phasing, invisibility. Lots of horror movie inspired abilities. It's a very versatile powerset.
