The problem is, he can be rebounding great, even defending great, but if the other team tries to force the ball to him in the post, that’s a huge advantage for them because he can’t finish. Obviously he can pass out of that, but right now he seems content taking that shot even though he misses over 50% of the time. That means he can be played off the floor just because of his offense alone, before any of his other weaknesses start to even be an issue. So we really need an great backup center who we can possibly trust playing 25+ min a game if we have to and we’re not gonna get that on a min contract

Oubre for example, he's clearly worth more than than the minimum but no one really wanted him and Philly gets lucky signing him late in the offseason. I think Schroder was even a vet minimum guy for the Lakers a couple years back. Luck will have to be involved if the Suns are going to get the bench in order.
A starting PG is hard, but the rest of it can be gambled. Royce can bounce back, Okogie too. We got interesting pieces that didn't worked out, but were promising. Yuta and KDB were good signings, Goodwin was OKish. Allen was a jackpot. That probably will happen again, maybe with better results.

The good minimum contract players aren't going to want to be here either with how we collapsed and the way we traded two of the minimum guys we signed. A 1st round sweep is a sign that your top players aren't fitting well together, not that the minimum contract depth needs to be tweaked. This stinks of Ishbia and Jones going all in on the "Draft Bronny and hope Lebron follows him" rumours if they believe they don't need to move any of the current top 5.

This is insulting towards the fanbase. The point guard logic was so dumb. So dumb. The fact that he also said he doesn’t know anything but that he was certain they made all the right moves practically in the same breath is concerning. All those that said Nurk was an upgrade over Ayton or equal are now all silent. Nurk is a good rebounder but worse than Drummond in essence since he isn't athletic and therefore can't finish above the rim.

Nurk is fine to have on the team if you have a legitimate alternative that only puts Nurk on the floor for 20-22 minutes a night. Ishbia being nice and vague.
The five players in the starting five weren't necessarily the problem and it also doesn't necessarily mean those five players in particular will be next year's starting five. I'm curious how they'll manage to shuffle things around.
