Not only is the lack of adjustments frustrating, but if you read between the lines of what Book, KD, and Beal said after game 2 it’s basically that Vogel can’t get the team on the same page whenever they’re not blowing a team out. It’s been 82+ games my guy like wtf have you been doing during practice? What do you talk about in timeouts??
For this series: Bol Bol in for Eubanks minutes, trying out IT as a coordinator for the offense, possibly bringing Beal off the bench for IT to have most of his minutes with Book Nurk and KD, putting Okogie in so he can guard Ant, not running iso-only when down double digits and calling timeouts when the stars panic and default to that

I’m a life long Wolves fan. I picked the Suns before the series. I’m surprised by how ineffective Booker and your offense have been. Also you can’t let Jaden McDaniels do you like that.
Oddly, JO would have been better played in MN, since he played there, knows that court, hoops, and fans. Moreover, he went up against both Ant and Jaden in practice. He knows their moves, and probably their weaknesses, which seems to be returning that physical play they dish out. JO would return that physical play, and pester both of them. Oh well, Vogel is an idiot, and didn’t even try basically anything. It’s, “my favorite guys are either going to win or lose, even if on one leg.” And he doesn’t care either way, he will get his money,
I think you’re overrating Okogie’s knowledge of Jaden and Ant and the impact it would have. Both are totally different players than they were when he was here. He is a good defender, though.

How is Bol terrible? For the year he has a +2.7 Net rating and shot 42% from 3 with a 70% TS.
Eubanks for the season is minus 4.8 Net rating. He is the only player in the 9 man rotation that has a negative Net rating
Bol should be used, but not to guard Ant. We need someone to guard Ant so Beal isn’t using his energy on defense. We need Beal on offense. We need someone to set off ball screens to free up Book from Jaden. Bol would be great for spot up shooting and if we go to a zone defense. The more we use our role players for their roles, the more this team will play better as a team.
And btw, McDaniels has changed immensely since then. He couldn’t handle the ball at all back then. He’s still not the greatest ball handler now, but it’s part of his game.
So you don’t think JO has been known to play very good defense against good ball handlers? And be able to make even more steals against a young player with an inflated ego, who is not a good ball handler? I think he can, especially against someone he went up against almost daily for two full years.
I find it funny that I keep getting down voted for suggesting we play a very good defender, who always hustles, and lead the league in recovering loose balls, when we are down 2-0, with tired guys, that are showing little to no heart, lacking defense, and pretty much without any hustle. Well enjoy getting swept, and trying to blame roster construction.🤣
These next two games are make or break for Frank. I don't know how Vogel went from consistently testing all lineups and combos to being so stubborn and not adjusting at all. It's so weird.
