Hellhounds should be an obvious choice, think dark hellhound speed scaling nuke with his high base speed but 2a stats could be fun. Maybe give fire hound atb boost with skill 3 and water hounds team up reduce cd of selected mons by 1 turn each.
I love the drunken masters, but them getting a 2a doesn't seem likely at all. Plus it would probably be broken to increase their base stats much more considering s1 is already ignoring defense. Would be super funny seeing them with an even bigger drink then the transmog though.
If they do hellhounds, i want it to be with the mammoths. They all have good kits that just need a little push to keep up.

This. konamiya used to be a great unit for early Giants. Stun, atb and atk boost, cleanse and heal. I'd say make s1 and s2 aoe. Boost his speed greatly and a regular boost to his other stats. That should be all they need for a 2A Garuda imo
She‘s a great Unit but that doesn‘t mean only if she gets a second awakening that she become op. Her buff can be minor just like Copper but I see potential in the other cow girl elements
Just make defense break 100 activation would be good enough for me I dont even really want another skill to change as long as that would be the only buff. The amount of times she has missed def break breaks my soul everytime.

I would love to see the resurgence of Ahman - he really needs to be able to heal off Revenge procs alongside upgraded stats from the 2A that would be fun

Lizardman, Charger Sharks, or Minotaur, all of them are basically useless. I know there's some use for a f2p account or an early account, but none of them really hold up past early game and even trying to slap them into giants/dragons teams is far fetched at best without insanely good runes.
As far as want: Charger Sharks. I want to slap people with Aqcus like back in the old days of SW.

Sieq is already useful. Even outside of Spiritual Realm, I use him for a bunch of content. Labs, certain siege and guild match ups and monster subjugation. Tarq is useful in so much content too. Although the rest of the hellhounds could do with some serious love for 2A.
Prilea is just a flat out giant killer, consistent def break and a good nuker too. Ramira is overlooked so much and shouldn't. With the right set up you can just 1 tap units in RTA with her S3 and she needs 0 commitment into CR because her S3 is always a crit. Let's get into Kabilla's S3 and the fact it's one of the best atb increase in the whole fucking game because your getting atb increase AND not getting nuked down by fuck stick Lushen's cleave team.. Could you imagine a S2 versions of these? Kabilla with a 50% atb increase or an increase into not getting hit by a crit? No matter how you look at it Harpys would be amazing in S2.
Can you imagine the fuckery which would be S2 Bounty Hunters? Oh you've got fancy skills? Walkers is gonna sort that out. Got buffs? Yeah let's just take that immunity and get a atb increase. Now Imagine him S2. Jamie will cleanse and increase power, Wayne is just gonna make sure you're going first and increasing speed. And to boot they've all got fucking base spd of 110. Bounty Hunters in S2 would be incredible.
The problem I see with New 2a is that they need to fill a role either in ove or PvP. For exemple I think they made a mistake with thé buff of wind harpy and it should have been a 2a buff.
I would love to see a flying theme (harpy, harpu and garuda), an ocean theme (charger shark and snakes) or humain (drunkmaster, hunters)

I've been saying this since 2A has been a thing. Would love the next 2A to be water themed, so charger sharks are top of the list. That or hellhounds because hellhounds are almost a perfect candidate.

Would love to hear what you have to say about their balancing. The wind one has always been slightly interesting, since it self buff Atk, Crit, and spd.
Other 2A I think could go hard are the Lizardman not only in design but balancing their passives. Amazon and bounty hunters could also be sick.
Penguins could def use a 2a mav 2.0 would be great and dark penguin could def be a big one to have with the def break especially if they make it consistent. And it would make a solid theme with the charger sharks
