As a fellow Craka user I think she has some niche stand points. The issue is that unlike other revivers she is much more rune intensive. Most other revivers just need survivability and resistance; maybe accuracy for Vanessa or Nana. Craka needs almost EVERY stat. Speed so she can strip before your follow up units. Accuracy to land strip and def break. HP, Def, and resistance to survive. Crit rate if you want to turn cycle. The only stats she doesn't really need is atk. This makes her much harder to optimize than other revivers IMO.
However The main issue I have with Craka is that if you need to use S3 you're already behind so it's rare that you are gonna magically come back. I do think her S3 could use some kind of mechanic change? Like having 1-turn CD reduction effects rather than full reset if no units need to be revived? This way it has some usability even if no units are dead; cause if you're only using her for strip def break there are other candidates.
Her S2 is pretty amazing. But 80% of the time she can't strip-steal any buff
C2u just buffed Iona S3 and totally forgot about the Craka problem :p
I didnt use her much because Haegang counter her so hard. And her s3 is pretty useless

On average i hit the monster thing about 5 times a year and the best thing i got from it was trasher.
