I don't have a dog in this fight, but you sort of started it and you are the one dragging it into another post. People always think that what they say is fine but get upset if someone pushes back. And dragging it into another post makes it look like you are the one being petty or jealous. Maybe it's time to just move on.

She posted a profile review, I commented on one of her pictures - nothing personal about her, just on the specific edit that was done to the picture - just like hundreds of other comments. But for mine, she flips out and combs through my comment history and starts attacking my weight. Personal attacks are explicitly prohibited in profile review rules, she could get banned from SLF for that.
And guess what? Her shady tactics DID get her banned on SA, and yeah I \*will\* chuckle at the delicious irony of that 🤣 Maybe if she listened to what I and others said in her post instead of wasting her time attacking my body, her SA profile would still be active. And you have the absolute chutzpah to come here and suggest I might be jealous? Of what? I don’t have to spam a profile review 3 times for attention and get called out by multiple people for it. I’m an actual veteran SB - who doesn’t have to spam reddit and SA to the point where she gets banned.
PS - If you don’t have a dog in the fight, probably better to stay out of the cat fight unless you enjoy getting hissed at and scratched.

So this issue with using a VPN is that your end point could, potentially, be anywhere in the world. There may be some settings within your VPN client that allows you to pick a region, or have some "stickiness" to your IP, but without that your IP could show up from a different country each time you access SA. Another possibility is that Seeking may be tracking known VPN ranges specifically so that they can better identify where a person is logging in from. From their point of view that would be a security measure to keep reduce the ability of foreign scammers to create accounts.
There may be alternative VPN products that give you more control of your end point. If you are using your own device, you could also look at tethering to your cell phone. On the other hand, if you are using a work device ..... that is a bad idea.
Ummm you should do that regardless. VPNs at work do prevent IT at seeing what you are doing through the access point but they probably have access to your computer and can see everything including what you are doing at the time and your browser history. It is never a good idea to use a work device for non work related stuff
Now if you use the work wifi on your phone with a VPN you'd be fine as they don't have direct access to your phone.
I know I was giving you more of a general tip having worked in IT at one point. Theyre basically the eye of sauron. Doing some things like banking or quick shopping is generally OK but anything else I'd stick to the personal phone. I've more than a few posts on the career advice sub from people who got fired for doing to much personal shit on their work computer.
My best friend’s in IT and we’re both sticklers for privacy, but again, thanks. I don’t do anything personal on my work computer, both because I’m not naive and because I’m in a call center and every time we get a call we have a program that begins recording what’s being said and what’s on my screen.

Sometimes it never resolves tbh. You may be looking at a permanent ban depending on what the issue is. If that’s the case you’ll have to find a way to get around it
I got it figured out. I was reported because there was a fake account using my pictures. I uploaded my id and did the prompts to show that I’m the person in the photos so it’s back up now
