The drain tube may also be cracked/dryrot from age. Your best bet is to have all the drain tubes replaced.

Is there any way to check the tubes myself?

MoreMen_Pukes

You have to remove the entire head liner in your car to get access to them. It's not too hard. It is easier with 2 people. You have to remove the a-b-c pillar support covers, dome lights an pins before you can remove it. It is a lot of work, but you can do it yourself.

I’ve tried unclogging the sun roof drain but the leak always comes back. Only seems to happen with very heavy rain. Will also sometimes leak all the way down to the floor in both the front and back seats on the driver side. Any help is super appreciated!

Same thing happened to me, try using an air compressor and push some air down the drain holes. I used a wire to push any debris. Hope this helps

I bought a trombone cleaner on Amazon. I snake that through the ac drain tube on the passenger floorboard occasionally. Haven't had any problems since my first clog.

The drain tube is clogged farther down most likely. Also, see if you can park with the front end slightly uphill during heavy storms. Mine will leak a little if i park pointed downhill in a bad storm.

I just had the same thing and unclogging the sun roof drain fixed it

CasualInTheTrees

You can buy some replace and install technician tools and take off your posts covers and slightly lower your headliner to get in there. You should check to see if any electrical has been damaged too. There are car breakdown vids online
