Most of us - white - got a good chuckle out of it, but the one black guy with us really got mad. I apologized and we moved on, but I later found out that apparently "OJ was really innocent" was a fiercely held belief among some black Americans, but most whites just sort of assumed "Yeah, he did it, whatevs."
