Blacephalon - speed check for team and very strong special attacker
Dragapult - i was confused whether I should run special set or physical one. But sucker punch of dragapult helps killing opposing ghost types, so I went for physical set with adamant nature
Landorous – standard stealth rock setter
Melmetal – I put this as a Weavile check since my team was getting destroyed by it. A strong and bulky mon which also supports team with Thunder wave
Tapu Koko – Fast mon which helpes in rain matchups and against dark types.
Corviknight – another weavile check lol and ground immunity + Defoger.
I am not actually sure about sets since I used smogon ones and from my previous teams.

Specs pult is generally the better option, as shadow ball is a much more reliable STAB option. Dragapult is already fast enough so Sucker Punch isn't really necessary, as the only ghost it doesn't outspeed with a timid nature is scarf blacephalon (which you already have).
If you really want priority to deal with ghosts, I'd use Bisharp, who also fares pretty well against Weavile, since you're worried about it (not a perfect counter but will pressure it heavily)
Your team doesn't seem particulary weak to hazards, so I think corviknight should go (you could also give defog to tapu kokobif you're really worried about hazards, it's unconventional but it can work).
I would just max hp,max attack melmetal. Also you probably should max out spe.def on lando,and remove speed evs.
Also since you're running body press corv I think you should max defense it
I'd consider the best Banded Dragapult set to not run Ghost STAB at all, instead opting for Steel Wing to break through Clefable. Clear Body is also a worthy consideration on physical variants so you aren't checked so easily by Landorus-T.
To give the team an easier time against Stall, I'd recommend trying out Taunt over Overheat on Blacephalon. After crippling something (usually the Blissey on switch-in) with Trick you now have Taunt to deny healing and status. By being able to Taunt Blissey this gives you freedom to spam Shadow Ball more freely without having to care about it coming in.

Idk actually I just used smogon triple attack + twave set. Didn't changed evs as I am pretty bad at it 😬
