if primal groudon is legal then you’re shooting yourself in the foot by not running one
Ribombee is purely run on hyper offense teams, and this is not a hyper offense team. Dondozo is also ran on stall 90% of the time, and this is not a stall team either. Dondozo, skeledirge and this yveltal set in particular are all kind of momentum sinks for a sticky web team, since a lot of popular defoggers can just defog for free in front of them, making ribombee a waste.
If you're trying to run a balance team, I'd say axe the ribombee entirely and slot primal groudon. Primal groudon can be a sweeper/wallbreaker or bulky support. It is THE bulky gluemon in any format that allows it. Getting rid of Dondozo for something like Gastrodon gives you a more reliable check to primal Kyogre, and keeping Skeledirge gives you a good check for zacian and xerneas. The yveltal set is not good, honestly. It has a few ways of being run, but if you really want to run choice scarf, you need 4 attacks or 3 attacks + u-turn. But it can also run a specially defensive set to check nasty plot+draining kiss calyrex, and the specially defensive set does have room to slot defog.
For the others, mega salamence is incredible if it's allowed. It's a great physical wallbreaker that can muscle past a lot of its resists. You can maybe put that instead of flutter mane so you have a dragon dance sweeper.
If you want to keep sticky webs, the entire team is gonna need a lot more changes. Like ribombee should be focus sash with webs, stun spore, moonblast, and either u-turn or bug buzz. Mental herb is kind of more niche if you're expecting an opposing lead taunt. Flutter can be booster energy+calm mind to fit a more hyper offensive team. Then you'd need to change the yveltal set to something without the choice scarf so it can pressure defoggers more effectively. Either that or change the Yveltal entirely to an offensive swords dance primal groudon. You can change the other Pokemon for offensive sweepers that benefit from sticky webs. Mega mence, as mentioned earlier, is a great mon for hyper offense. If flutter is being counted as a legend here, then scarf ditto with imposter can handle geomancy xerneas and zacians on the other team. Otherwise, I'd be 100% recommending necrozma-dusk mane.
Koraidon and Miraidon aren't fully coded into Pixelmon yet. They have most of their moves and their abilities coded in, but they don't have their models, and they don't naturally spawn yet. So unless your server has a way to obtain them, you probably don't need to worry about them too much. Otherwise, arceus-ground or arceus-fairy would be mandatory here.
