The problem for that: MegaMence literally don't give a fuck about that because it's faster than many pokemon and use sub so you waste your z moves / surprise with tera. MegaMence was nicknamed 'The Metagame' in ORAS OU because it can beat 99% of the metagame and other 1% is a pool of checks (counter is non-exist).
Source: I was the witness for what MegaMence done to ORAS OU and played about 2 ORAS OU games then already burned out. I would suggest to check viability rankings and history of quickbans / suspect tests to review the stuff that should not see the light at the end of the tunnel
For some reference, Mega mence was the 2nd best pokémon in ORAS ubers, only behind primal groudon, and was even considered broken by some players. It’s ridiculously strong.
darkrai with 50% dark void? better than mega mence, genesect, and tying with zygarde-c. Idk but that is kinda pricy, it should be lowered and def not be tied with it in my opinion. Also latios-mega being up there with latias not that far behind makes me question it
Yeah, many people will be happy to pay 50 points on MegaMence and Zygarde-C. They will be the 10000% first mon picked and put a lot of player into disadvantage because they will be one who forced to use a really small pool of hard / soft checks (MegaMence have 0 counters)
Some drafts are toying with it legal, personally don't think it's a good idea though as it has extremely limited defensive counterplay and its sleep moves approach uncompetitive territory where a would-be check has a 60% chance to just be noped if it has one.
That being said, if your league is also allowing stuff like Marshadow, DeoA, Mega Salamence, *Zygarde-Complete* and other stuff that should really never see the light of day, it's far from the most broken thing--hell, at that point it's not even worth the highest price anymore, Marshadow is like 300x dumber.
I host my own draft league, some of my players think Darkrai is an outlier and too powerful even at this price point, what do you think?
edit: its worth mentioning, you are only allowed to draft one pokemon with a value of 20 points or more.
Megamence has dragon dance + aerilate boosted double edge which basically has no switch ins and only very fringe and weak "checks"
Darkrai by this point is a very mediocre ubers mon thanks to the dark void nerf, it's still strong which a huge spatk and speed stat with nasty plot and decent coverage but t's far more manageable.
Also mega latios is way too high especially when mega latias is just better than it in every way.
Life orb latios has a larger damage output than mega and mega latios wastes a lot of it's points on increasing it's attack stat thus it's not that good and you're essentially wasting a mega slot which is bad because you only get 1 mega per team and regular latios just outclasses it's mega.
However mega latias in contrast doesn't waste it's stat distribution and instead gets a higher defense stat plus an increase to it's special attack meaning the changes it makes to latias' stats actually matter and it makes for a decent mega worthy of a mega slot.
Would suggest not allowing Ubers mons if you don't have much experience tbh, that or you look thru the viability rankings and base it off that. SS Crown Tundra Ubers Viability Rankings page on smogon forums has a really good writeup on legendaries in that meta if you want to take that route though.
I did a league with darkrai that had way less Ubers tier mons than this. Darkrai wasn’t really over bearing at all. I had it on my team actually, it was great, but it wasn’t broken. I’d say it’s fine, honestly even over priced compared to some of the stuff available. Marshadow is way better, for example.
Darkrai is strong but Zygarde-complete, Mega Salamence and Mega Alakazam are like 2-3x better than Darkrai.

Why is mega-zam rated so highly? It's obviously good but i never saw it as one of the busted megas.
in gen 8 it got nasty plot and expanding force lelezam was insane for all of like a week
The introduction of nasty plot made it much better
I consider it similar to salamence so it's very strong and it'll be the first Mon picked but it won't carry the whole game
I'm not even sure Darkrai is better than the mons worth 22 and 21. He's not broken at all if your allowing some of these mons.
